  Couple of the employees were using the computers and answering phones the. Handling pizza without washing their hands.

  On 4-29-2026 @ 7pm ordered a pizza & forgot to order extra tomato sauce on the pizza told the person in charge I was will to pay extra money for a small cup of tomato she insisted on marinara sauce my pizza was DRY & won't be eating there anymore

  I waited almost 2 hours for my food Then they canceled my order at the last minute. I ordered my food at 11:15 Just to call me at 12:50 to tell me that the order will take another hour. Definitely will not order from here again

  Multiple times the same mistake was made on our order. We always order a pizza, cheese bread and usually an order of boneless wings without toppings. Simple enough. About 89% of the time we receive our order with plain bone in wings. Same manager answers each time he knows my voice by now. States that a new team member has made a mistake, offers a desert (we never order one), next step is to offer a remake. Last time we requested a remake it had to be done TWICE! a delivery that should have taken roughly 30 minutes took 2.5 hours to complete. Happened again and it will be the absolute last time I order food here. Everyone is human but this is a pattern and when a manager is aware without fixing the issue that is the problem. I got the GMs number but she wouldn't be there until the following day. So I took a breath and let it go since the order was refunded. But I figured someone should know, since management clearly can't provide quality assurance for a restaurant we've been customers of for over a decade.

  When to pick up my other they said is not ready wait 30 mins then go back in they say 20 mins more then I wait inside the ask again and they say 15 mins more was very patient and polite but they are very, very unprofessional.. only one girl was working in overdrive everybody else was on the back specially that big guy that seams to be the manager with a very weird attitude he sucks!! Lost a customer fools
