  My family and I went through the drive through and ordered lunch for our family. We pulled around to check our bag and noticed we had a fry missing from the bag. We took our receipt in and showed them were the fry was missing. We had already gave our toddler his food from the bag. The person at the counter wanted to argue with my husband stating he packed the bag he knew what he put in there and we were not missing anything. Then accused us of taking it out before coming in. We showed him the receipt where we had 3 fry’s and we were only givin 2. He told us to leave and was not giving us what we paid for.

  Had a really good lunch at this Dairy Queen! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The burgers were made just right. Service was quick, the restaurant was clean. Always a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat and to enjoy a sweet treat afterward!

  Came in around 8 PM tonight and had a pretty bad experience with customer service. The girl working the counter was very rude while we were ordering. After we placed our order, she said, “Just so y’all know we close in 30 minutes.” The hours online say close at 9:30, so either the posted hours are incorrect or we were given inaccurate information. The staff seemed frustrated that it was getting busy, and when we politely mentioned that there had just been a preschool graduation across the street, she responded, “Well, as long as they have their food ordered in 30 minutes.” We also noticed her speaking similarly to other people who came in after us. I understand getting a late night rush can be annoying, but customers should still be treated respectfully — especially when you’re still open for another hour.

  Asked plain for the burger to be off the grill. the cashier said ok and called it to the back. i went and filled my drink and came back up and it was ready. i thought well i will try it. i also asked to not microwave it. thats what they do to warm the burger back up. they say it's to melt the cheese but its not. use to u could see the burgers on the grill cooking i never seen one the 35 mins i was there. and a bunch was ordered. why if u ask can't rhey cook one then. if i have to wait longer then fine. The cashier didn't deny it. she just said sorry.we won't be going back. Another thing the cashier came out to people that was already eating and said she had charged them wrong. that it should have been 27¢ more. The guy put his food down and went back and paid it. thats on them at that point.

  I am a regular and today, April 17, 2026 I went and the staff act like they had an attitude cause I didn’t want a drink that they gave me that was super sour. Then I get my food my sauce, not in the box and the chicken fingers are extra hard and small The fries had so much salt on them that i couldn’t even eat the fries as if they put the whole container of salt on them
