- ARAshli RussomMay 6, 20261.0Absolutely terrible GM and operator. Nasty to customers over mistakes of their employees. Cannot read receipts correctly and try’s to charge the customer more money than already paid and when corrected the poor GMs ego is so fragile she snatched my already paid food back off the ledge and says you can go I’m gonna refund you….mind you this is after waiting 10 min in the drive through and another 10 them trying to correct a 4 ct nugget. Disgusting behavior. The operator came out with an attitude and trying to act like he’s somebody’s dad but doesn’t want to listen to a paying customer just his snotty GM.

I get it... but as a customer... when you keep having the same issue over and over, it's a bit disheartening. 😥 The people there are nice, especially Ky'Bria who sometimes works the drive thru. But I just don't understand why every single time I upside my order... expecting a large fry, I get just a little over half of cup of fries. It's like a medium fry in a large cup. The cup has a good bit of empty space at the top, like someone has already eaten out of the cup. This happens every time, and this is the ONLY location I have experienced this. I spoke with the one of the managers and she was very sweet, but I truly feel this will continue to occur. After today, I'm not sure that I'll be returning to this location. Chick Fil A makes way too much money to hold back on something as simple as fries, especially when customers are charged extra to upside their meals.

Order taken quickly, accurately and checked before paying. Clean dining room. Employees taking trays for finished customers. Order arrived quickly, was accurate, hot, fresh and delicious. Went for refill, by the time I got to the counter, employee was asking what I had to drink.
