- KRKatherine Richie4 days ago1.0Kaiden or Hailen I believe is his name, was extremely rude with how he handled me getting the wrong item. Yes. the drive thru was full, however I had been at the window for about 5 minutes before anyone even came to check on us, and eventually when they did, unfortunately Kaiden was dismissive, rude, and attempted to make me park instead of making and handing out my order correctly. I will not be visiting again and as I can see from the reviews, many others won’t as well. Do not recommend this store at ALL, and I hope the management team at Dunkin’ Donuts on 400 in Dahlonega have a talk to him about customer service.

I was told under no uncertain terms by the employee that the manager has them cook it in the morning and served cold the rest of the day. If you would like a bag of floppy, underdone, cold bacon with solidified bacon grease on it then be my guest. Someone to train the employees how to properly cook bacon. Out of all the duncans I've ever ordered snack and bacon at this is the only one I have ever been handed bacon that had literal solidified grease on it, disgusting.

Tried to call and guess what your number does not work either! And here I am at work with a 6$ milk ! Because I usually get it delivered or my husband happened to bring it to me today and he doesn’t know any better . So thank you !
