- FIFrank IeroJun 19, 20261.0We went to this Dunkin’s looking for breakfast and a restroom. We went a few days back and the bathroom was locked because “someone was in it” for a solid 20 minutes. We went back today and again, it was locked for a long time, we knocked and nobody was in there. They were rude when we asked if there was a key or if someone was in it. Then we ordered a couple donuts and two drinks and the employees were not friendly, clearly did not want to do their jobs. They left out the pumps of hazelnut we ordered and paid for, as well as taking a long time to serve us. I hate to leave bad reviews but these workers visually did not want to do their job and were shamelessly taking their time and not putting in effort to even be friendly. The review would’ve been much better if they had been kind.

Plan to wait 10-15 minutes in an empty drive thru as well. I won’t be going back. They also don’t have a phone number to call to let them know when they mess up orders.
