  Yesterday (10/8/26) I pulled up at the drive through to order the meal deal. I was literally greeted with 'what do you want?' which was said rudely. So I replied "Good morning to you - I would like a -" and she was silent. She didn't repeat to me anything what I ordered, and told me to 'pull around' flatly. When I got there, the heavy set goth girl was unfriendly to me. There are a few other people that work here I have gotten to know and are friendly. This is the only reason why I haven't ranked this lower.

  There is almost no one else in the drive thru when I go, but every time I've been they've either messed up my order or forgotten something.

  I would like to share my one star experience at this location which will probably be the last time I ever go here. On September 12th at 7:30 p.m. I came to this Duncin to get the $6 meal. I asked for an iced coffee with GRAIN sugar and a CINNAMON RAISIN BAGEL for my sandwich. I have the receipt showing the order typed up correctly. First thing that Disturbed me was the strange behavior of the cashier girl, acting a little disorganized and all over the place..... pretty sure she was on the crazy rock..... but I can't say for sure, I'm not a walking drug test. What I can say is my interaction with her when she came back to the window, was unpleasant. So the lady took my order, and then instructed me to pull up to the second window. The other gentleman working there brought me my bagel but not my coffee, so I asked for my coffee I purchased. When he brought me the coffee, I pointed out that there was no grain sugar in it, they used liquid sugar. I noticed this because I check every morning when I get my coffee, you can see it at the bottom even if they Stir It. The gentleman began to argue with me and tell me how he put grain sugar in it even though there was none in the container. After short argument, he did agree to go remake it. That is when the girl showed back up, With my coffee, with visible grain sugar in the cup like I asked for. No surprise, when the grain sugar is there you can see it. Now to the real problem. Being that they had to remake my coffee I had time to notice the incorrectly made Bagel sandwich using an everything bagel instead of a raisin bagel. Not a big deal, I simply tried to explain to the lady that my receipt clearly says raisin bagel and she had rung it up correctly, but the gentleman had made it with an everything bagel and that is not what I paid for. And from that point she began to have an attitude with me, arguing the bagel is a raisin bagel and I am mistaken about which Bagel was used and that they had made it correctly. I order this everyday, I'm pretty sure I know what a cinnamon raisin bagel looks like. I even had it out, showing it to her. So after a brief argument, she said she will go prove it to me by showing me another bagel, only to come back a moment later and acknowledged that she had been mistaken and will remake the sandwich. After remaking the sandwich, this lady honestly approaches me at the window saying " I cannot believe you a man would argue with me a woman, do you really think that's acceptable!?!" Now I am honestly taken off guard by the comment..... I was not rude by any means just clearly stating that I wished for the meal that I paid for. So do you know what my response was to her comment? I said " ma'am I'm not arguing with you I just simply expect to receive the item I paid for and you're trying to tell me that I should just eat anything you give me even if it's not correct." I'm not sure if she realized I was correct or not because she after hearing my comment she shut the window and walked away without another word.

  Theres a new lady that is working the drive thru, short silver haired woman. SHE is very pleasant! Shes a breath of fresh air!! Unlike the youngins there that have no personality. Ive been thru twice now and she has greeted me with a wonderdul attitude! I like her!
