Waited about 10 min to get to register to be told..its gonna be awhile before I can help you...I asked how long? I was told I dont know. There were probably 10 people behind me. I understand it was busy, but the walk ins should receive same service as drive thru.. Very disappointing.

I’m not sure if there’s been a management or staffing change, so I do want to be fair, and the employees usually fix things when I ask. But the mistakes have been happening way too often. I’ve had drinks missing the cinnamon and caramel drizzle they’re supposed to come with, and one time my entire order was forgotten while I was waiting at the counter, which ended up making me late for work. Today my hash browns were barely cooked, my straw was forgotten, and my latte was missing the toppings again. I also had an issue redeeming 600 points in the app. I understand that may be more of an app/system issue than the store’s fault, but I was told the points would come back after the transaction and they still haven’t, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I’m always polite when I ask for something to be corrected, and while they do usually fix it, the response can sometimes feel rude or dismissive. I understand mistakes happen, especially if a team is adjusting to changes, but after several weeks of repeated issues, it’s getting frustrating to keep having to check and correct my order every time.
