I purchased cheese quesidillia and potato beef burrito. Both gross. Quesidillia was burned with not much cheese. The Burrito was disgusting with hard old potatoes. Even after getting mostly new staff. They still cant get it right. Taco Bell has good product. They just can't give you good quality when they make there items. THEY DONT CARE.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and consistency of this Taco Bell location on Auburn Road in Dacula. Tonight, around 10:00 PM, I ordered an Enchirito and the Mini Fajita Chalupas, and my order was unacceptable. The Enchirito looked nothing like what Taco Bell advertises. Instead of being neatly prepared with cheese covering the top, it was thrown together, sloppy, and barely assembled. I attached a photo comparing the advertised product to what I actually received. The difference speaks for itself. The Mini Fajita Chalupas were just as disappointing. They were soggy, and one of them was missing the steak entirely. There was no reason for the food to be made this poorly, especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy when I placed my order. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. I’ve spoken with the store manager on multiple occasions, and each time I’ve been told things would improve. However, nothing has changed. The night shift consistently delivers poor-quality food and appears to have little pride in their work. It feels like there’s a lack of accountability or management during the evening hours. Just a few nights ago, my mother-in-law also received stale Cinnamon Twists from this same location during the night shift. I continue going to this Taco Bell because it’s conveniently located near my home, but at this point I’d rather drive farther to another location if it means receiving food that’s prepared correctly. This is a corporate location, and customers should be able to expect consistency, quality, and basic attention to detail. I hope corporate and store leadership take these ongoing issues seriously because the night shift is damaging this location’s reputation.

This is the worst location, I have actually never been and received my entire order correctly without having to go back inside. I will drive out of the way to go to the Dacula Rd. Location.

wish i could give it zero starts cause it really is that bad. whoever manages this place needs to go, they never schedule enough people, and it’s clearly too much on the employees judging by the extremely long wait times. they’ll tell you to pull around the front to wait and you’ll probably sit there for AT LEAST 20 minutes. there have even been times where they completely forget about my order and i have to go in and stand at the counter, which takes about another 10-15 minutes. they also are always forgetting parts of my order, whether it’s something as small as the sauces, or as expensive as the cheesy gordita crunch. this taco bell also gave my boyfriend food poisoning, but at least after that he has finally put his foot down and decided that we can start going to the taco bell in dacula instead, which despite lower reviews, is MUCH better in my experience. this taco bell will play you.
