  Cheese quesadilla was so burnt, it was inedible. Ordered via the Taco Bell app and picked up. Did not check til at home. That’s $5.19 completely wasted; note to others, check your to go orders in store 😉

  Ordered Taco Bell through doordash, order was confirmed by Taco Bell. Driver was nearby and went to Taco Bell to pick up the order. And they waited for 45 minutes before leaving and having a new dasher assigned. The new dasher was further away, but made their way to the Taco Bell, only to then wait another 30 mins. They eventually messaged me and said they were still waiting, and it was pretty busy. Another several minutes go by and the driver messages me again that I needed to call the Taco Bell because they were refusing to make my order bc "it would take too long". Keep in mind, I ordered 4 tacos, a Crunchwrap and some nacho fries. So nothing too crazy. But apparently they were "too busy", so they were just refusing to make my order. So after an hour and a half of wasted time, I had to cancel my order and get my kids to bed, so no dinner for me tonight. Pretty crappy policy to confirm the order, and then just decide to not make it because you don't feel like it. I understand if they're too busy to make online orders, but then they need to not confirm or accept any online orders. Not happy with my experience at this location today.

  I didn’t get the managers name i ordered off the app for delivery when the door dash driver brought my food it was only two items. I got all that squared away with door dash drove up there my food was still there in the pickup spot the driver didn’t get all my food the manager replaced all my food with fresh hot food he as very nice and apologized for the inconvenience made sure everything was right before i left the store

  The lady at the drive-through and who brought our food out was an absolute pleasure. And it’s very great at her job. 1am and too 5 mins. Awesome to have such a great attitude at 1am.
