  I came in to pick up an Uber order. I watched the short black girl yelling at an older lady. She had given the lady the wrong order numerous times the lady stated. Employees should not talk to customers the way she talked to the lady. Yes the lady was frustrated but the employee kept laughing at her and disrespecting her. I had an order that was sent 45 minutes ago. The order was never made when I arrived at the restaurant. I had to wait until all customers who came in after me to even get my order processed. Ive been in this subway many times. Its the same issue everytime. You hire these young girls who spend to much time socializing with the other young customers their age. Last time I picked up an order the same black employee was busy talking to her friends who were in the restaurant. I agreed with the older lady. You need to hire people who are respectful and do their job. It shows what type of management is running this restaurant.

  Two of the three employees working on Sunday were extremely loud and unprofessional. They were singing, dancing, shouting across the store, and not even wearing proper hats/uniforms while customers were present. The atmosphere felt chaotic and uncomfortable rather than welcoming. On top of that, the drinks were poorly made and lacked consistency, and the overall cleanliness and management of the store seemed neglected. It honestly felt far below the standard I would expect from this brand. This experience was disappointing enough that I am considering contacting corporate directly.

  The teenage girl at the counter said, “We don’t take those” referring to my $100 dollar bill. I asked why, her response, “I don’t know we just don’t.” No signs saying such, not anywhere. Glad I happen to have a credit card.

  Go in holding a hundred dollar bill on my hand not folded order my lunch then they wouldn’t accept my 100 bill I’m amazed and will never go back who doesn’t take US dollars

  I ordered the footlong grilled chicken with tomatoes, onions, regular mayonnaise, as well as salt and pepper. There was literally no salt, pepper, or mayonnaise on my sandwich. It tasted bland, and the lack of ingredients that I ordered on my sandwich was extremely apparent. There was barely any chicken, but plenty of tomato. The sandwich was unbalanced and tasteless. The employee in the store was sitting at a guest table while on her phone when I walked in. She did not greet me, just looked up, said nothing, and started back on her phone. I will not order from here in the morning/afternoon anymore as the night staff is way better and seems to actually have a standard of quality and service. I’m a GM in the fast food industry, and would be highly disappointed with my employees if I found out that this was the quality of service being given at my store. The employee definitely needs some coaching. Milking the clock while dishing out inaccurate orders at 10:35 in the morning is crazy.
