  Ordered a pepperoni pizza today and there was barely any cheese on it. Just marinara sauce and pepperoni on bread, plus dry and overcooked

  I know things happen but when you cut the pizza, you knew it was burnt but you sent it anyway. Think driver slammed brakes because both pizzas are up against the boxes. We dont often order here and may reconsider. Both pizzas have joined the trash as we placed a new order elsewhere. Pizza hut pizza, smashed and burnt. Reordered from papa johns. Fresh and beautiful 😍

  It has been about 2 years since the last time I ordered from this place. I swore off Pizza Hut because that last time, I waited 40 minutes at the store after the order was supposed to be ready and the staff was very rude. Fast forward to today, same experience. Rude service, waited way longer than expected. After reading all of the complaints and the response from the owner, the apologies and "talks" with the staff are doing nothing. They should just close this location down and find a new franchise owner that knows how to properly manage employees, or hire a competent manager that's not going to ruin the company reputation.

  Ordered online for pickup. Accidentally entered the wrong time and I arrived an hour early. Asked the guys if they could go ahead and make it and I could come back. They said yes and to check back in 20 minutes. I went to Kroger and then came back the pizza wasn’t ready yet. Same guy told me it would be a few more minutes. I then waited another 30 minutes and when I finally got the pizza it was at the time I had mistaken ordered for. I told the guy I wish he would have just told me they couldn’t do it early instead of making me wait. He yelled at me and told me I had all my times wrong and that I had come back to soon. I asked him for his name and he wouldn’t give it to me. Probably because he knew he was in the wrong for how he handled everything.
