- KKKyle KennedyMay 3, 20261.0waited 1 hour for curbside pickup while drive thru orders were prioritized and served i placed an order for curbside pickup and checked in, after waiting 30 mins with no update. i went inside and saw multiple customers and delivery drivers also waiting. after another 30 minutes, i asked for a refund but then my order was ready? throughout the wait, drive thru orders were still being taken and served while customers inside were ignored. there was no communication or compensation offered despite the hour long wait.

It looked like a storage area. And to make matters worse, no one the guy at the window or anyone else brought my order out to me. This is poor customer service, and I am not happy about it.

They don't even have a menu on the wall. The one cashier that was there was very nice. I don't think this McDonald's is suitable for the area. It is not family friendly. The setup should be somewhere in the city.
