  Why say that you’re open at 5:30 but yet still closed at 5:45. Went there for breakfast on 5/12 and the store was closed!!

  The daytime manager here, the Hispanic woman, is honestly one of the worst managers I’ve ever dealt with. She walks around looking miserable like helping customers is some kind of punishment. Extremely slow, rude for no reason, ignores order flow, and acts annoyed every time someone speaks to her. Now I completely understand why this place has bad reviews. The customers ahead of me were literally leaving saying the manager was “awful” and “rude,” and they were absolutely right. The attitude alone ruins the entire experience. This location has so much potential, but management is destroying it. If I owned this business, I would replace her immediately because she is driving customers away.

  Went here on May 4 at 3:00pm for 3 combo orders. When I got home I found out they forgot a whole McChicken from my order (everything else from the combo was there but dang a whole sandwich forgotten). This isn't the first time I've caught the kitchen lacking so I would just advise everyone to double check your orders before driving off they are not locked in.

  Came for a medium macchiato coffee was told to wait 7 minutes waited over 30 had to come inside to pick it up because no one came to the spot to bring it to me and they made it cold after asking for it in the drive tru hot. Once again had to go back and wait for another ten minutes for the coffee

  Very concerning experience. The chicken nuggets from my son’s Happy Meal had a dark black object inside one of them. Thankfully, I noticed it before my son ate it. I honestly don’t know what it was, but it definitely didn’t look right or safe. This is extremely alarming, especially when it comes to food for kids. Quality control should be much better than this. I would strongly recommend double-checking your food before giving it to your children. After this experience, I don’t feel comfortable ordering nuggets here again.
