  Been here several times and have ALWAYS had a good experience. 4 different times I have order food here and the amazing Wild Alaskan fish sammich is always hot and fresh. Chocolate shakes are awesome.

  I sent this to their complaint page on the actual Dairy Queen website. We’ll see if it gets a response. I ordered a mix match 2 for 5. Chicken tenders and a chili dog with cheese. I also ordered a number 1. The total came to a little over 20 bucks. I was tired from work so I didn’t really think about it. Paid at the window and left. Driving away I thought to myself that doesn’t really add up, I’m close enough , I’m gonna turn around and go back. I return to the store and go inside. I’m greeted with “oh hey! Sorry we forgot to put the tenders in your bag” haha no problem glad I came back. I asked if I could have my reciept for my order that I also was not given. I inspect it and say ahh yes, that’s why I’m back. I was charged 5 something for my chili cheese dog and 4.50 for my tenders. The lady said well a chili cheese dog isn’t part of the 2 for 5. Sorry now you know for next time. I returned this afternoon and attempted again. Just to see. I asked for 2 chili dogs on the 2 for 5 and a side of cheese. I’m told no this can’t be done. I said I don’t mind paying and they still reaffirmed no. So frustrated, I went home and ordered pickup from the website. Mix 2 with chili dogs and it gave me the option to add cheese for a dollar. Hell yeah. No problem. At this point I’m angry annoyed and don’t mind being a little bit petty. I drive back to the restaurant and go inside. I’m greeted at the counter “can I help you?” Absolutely! I’m just going to press submit order here. The sheer look of annoyance on the lady’s face when the order came through actually made the whole thing a little worth it. I said now why could we not have simply done this when I was here earlier. She said well just order online from now on. Ughhh. Customer service just seems non existent anymore. Yes this was all a little bit petty and extra on my part. Yes. I have cheese at home🤣 I never take the time to go and write complaints. But I mean jeeeez. Yes I’m aware in proving my point the location still won because they’ve now sold 6 hot dogs instead of 2. I just wish their was some sort of accountability when bad service is given. I’m writing all this and it’s like is anyone even gonna care? How many customers receive similar experiences and just never return. I run an automotive shop and I go out of my way everyday to make my customers feel special and provide a memorable positive experience.

  Ordered a medium Oreo blizzard wit extra Oreos. Called to speak to a manager, lady answered the phone, can't hardly speak any English. Was able to understand there wasn't a manager there and she hung up on me! Might wanna find another dairy Queen for your ice cream needs!
