  Portion size is a ten out of ten. I will drive back out of my way to eat and this particular location. If you plan on using the APP to get points and you have AT&T, please open it up before you arrive. There is no cell service. I enjoyed the workers and they were all polite.

  Order a bowl and I specifically told the young man, I do not want double chicken. I was charged for something I didn't get or ask for. I will never come back here. If you serving baby spoonfuls and claim that it's double. Shut the entire business down.

  To be a new location, it’s absolutely terrible. They also have this one girl doing all the work and cleaning. I overheard them letting someone who came in after her getting to go on break before her. Definitely not okay and it should definitely be addressed.

  Don't come here!!! This is hands down the filthiest, most poorly run Chipotle I have ever stepped into. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what this place deserves. Do not waste your time or money here. The store was dirty, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the entire experience felt unwelcomed. But what made it even worse was the absolutely unacceptable customer service. I was charged over $12 for a basic chicken bowl, and no add-on, just chick ball. Instead of correcting the mistake, she became defensive, dismissive, and outright rude. She refused to give m When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. When I asked for a refund, she refused that too. She refused to talk to me. No explanation, no accountability, just a terrible attitude and zero professionalism. She acted like helping a customer was beneath her and treated the situation as if it were a personal inconvenience. At that point, it wasn’t even about the money anymore. It was about how little she cared and how poorly this place is managed. A manager who refuses basic accountability should not be in that position. This location is a complete embarrassment to the Chipotle brand. Avoid it at all costs.

  Worst experience ever. One person started my burrito then a young lady came and took over my food and walked off and took a phone call. I walked out. FYI the customer I don’t of you is the most important. Watch the Chick Fi La hiring video. I’m NEVER returning. N I will spread the word. You are fortunate I wasn’t videotaping
