  My wife went to the restaurant this evening, Friday May 8th @ 9:29 to place an order for me. It was an 8pc nugget combo w/fries and a lemonade. The nuggets were soooo hard and burnt. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture because I threw the nuggets away. I had to use napkins because there was too much salt on the fries. I was extremely disappointed on how horrible the food was this evening. It seems as though the night crew doesn't put forth an effort to make sure the quality of the food is good. Order #2883223

  1.Cashier couldn’t get order correct, charged me for something I clearly explained 3 times 2. Half the order came out, took 2 times to bring Cobb salad, meanwhile I am done with my sandwich , while wife still has started to eat 3. Since I had to wait for wife to eat her salad, I ordered a shake. For dine in, waited, waited, watched people who ordered behind get their food as in meals. Wife finishes her food, I go to get a refund for shake I still did t have and it was like I was a ghost at the counter Finally got assistance, they couldn’t figure out my refund, and all the while employees playing around behind the counter. I have never been a fan of Chick fil A because I am not a fan of chicken, I go for my wife. unfortunately I will never be taking her to the Dacula Chick fil A again It is sad that a company who prides themselves on values has become the same thing they tried to separate themselves from

  I ordered 2 12 pieces chicken nuggets. They only gave me one order after I paid for 2. I called the restaurant & informed them & I was able to return to receive my second order. That is all fine & good, but I had to battle traffic again & and inconvenience.

  I don’t usually do this, but schedules are meant to be followed. It’s 6:15 a.m. and they’re still closed. I love this place—I always come at 6 a.m. before going to work, but today they were closed. I went to the door to see what was going on and they ignored me. I’ll be heading to work without breakfast since it’s right on my way.

  Honestly, my experience these last few months has been terrible. I don’t know who they’re hiring to work there, but it’s actually ridiculous. Three girls who worked there cussed me out over some food, so I will never be going back again. They were in the wrong, they didn’t resolve my problem, and they don’t deserve my money. This is unacceptable—y’all need new staff. I’ve never seen those girls before, so they must be new.
