Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- DWDan Wes4 days ago1.0To whoever owns these whataburger locations around here: you need to get ahold of whatever is going on. I have never in my life waited longer for what is supposed to be fast food. It has already killed your Dahlonega location and will eventually cost you more. I love whataburger food but I can’t be waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru.

I was charged incorrectly and then told I would have to wait until the next morning to receive a refund. I also ordered a craft lemonade and watched the employee fill my cup with the lite lemonade instead. When I asked about it, I was given misleading information rather than an honest explanation. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and this experience did not meet expectations. I understand mistakes happen, but honesty, accuracy, and timely customer service are important. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in all three areas.
