  Don’t waste your money on the small order of French fries. You are lucky if you get 15 fries and they are about a quarter of an inch square an no more than 2 inches long. Cost over $2.50 with tax.

  Was traveling and passing thru on 9/7/26 and stopped to get food and use restroom. Placed the order for a junior burger meal and chicken sandwhich meal at 9:53. by 10:35, no order recieved and my husband walked out. I then went inside and when I approached cashier who said he was the customer service manager, he stated that they were just waiting on the fries. I let et the cashier know it has been 45 minutes with NO FOOD and being its taken this long wanted the food now or a refund. He stated it would be just a minute. I said either a minute or refund my card for the food. He returned with the food in about 2 minutes and informed me for the "trouble" there was a free apple pie. A free apple pie is the customer service resolution here. He offered to take my name to see what they could do the next time I was in. I let him know we are passing thru and defintely would not be in again. This is a fast food place. 45 minutes is insane. A guy picking up uber eats order said they do not acknowledge any food orders inside and its usual there, that to only go thru the drive thru. 45 minutes waiting that late at night for fast food that wasnt even worth the price.. horrible. Defintely not worth stopping here or getting food here. Straight up terrible.

  This has got to be the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. No customers and never got my food until I asked for a refund and then they magically had it. Four people there be zero help. Do not go to this location.

  Worst whataburger I have ever been to. I don't know what it is, but ever since these joints came to Georgia they have ALWAYS started out decently and then in a few weeks, they go down hill. The food here was so subpar I wondered what the deal was. I ordered a large fry and it was a large fry container with a small quantity insjde. Not only that but everything was luke warm. It tasted like a mustard only burger from Wendys. Terrible. And the most abundant topping was huge slices of tomato. Usually not one to complain but for a person that loves tomatoes on a burger, even that was too much for me. I ate a whataburger maybe two or three years ago in Texas and it was great. Find out they're popping up all over Georgia and I'm thinking that's great. First week, food is hot, well prepared and everything is as it should be... after that. Forget it. They decline faster than any other place I've seen. And ALL of them are like that. Every single store in Georgia is terrible.
