  Ordered 12pk hard-shell tacos and 1st-time EVER that they "Suck". HOW do you mess-up a taco??? Barely filled with ANYTHING & the shells are HORRIBLE!!! I CAN'T EAT THEM!!! Phone doesn't go thru either. Just had surgery, and friend took me there, so can't drive back. 👎👎

  Worst Taco Bell ever.. ordered the food through mobile and had to wait for more than 20 minutes and they gave incorrect order of a beef Chalupa instead of 1 cantina chicken fajita Chalupa 2 pack… chicken is too hard and kids hated it. Realised the order is incorrect after coming home. No customer service at site.. worst Taco Bell ever.. needed to be complained to food department

  Do you like getting the wrong order three times over? Happy to drink vaguely-baja-blast flavored soda water? Look no further! This "restaurant" will slap anything into your bag to get you to leave. Ordered two items? Your one is good enough! No flavor in the sodas? That's just how it is now thanks to our truck not showing up! No refunds, enjoy! On a more serious note, this location's staff needs to be trained. In any capacity. From an inability to acknowledge customer concerns, refusal to escalate to management, to a blatant disregard for food safety and basic recipes. I did not get the guy's name that "helped" when I got to the store, but he was certainly not cut out for this & I'm concerned he may have hurt his shoulder with how much he shrugged at me. Knowingly selling product that is defective is against FTC regulation. This location is the closest to my home & rest assured no one I know will ever be going here again. I will happily drive the extra 10 minutes down the road for the RIGHT ORDER. Save your time. Save your money. Save your stomach. Go to the Buford Highway location. They were able to help where this location couldn't and, wouldn't you know it, made the correct items in the correct amount AND had actual flavor for their soda.

  I went here for a Mexican pizza and it was VERY bad it was soggy. Crunchy taco shell was stale and the chicken quesadilla was literally just a tortilla hardly and chicken or cheese and the fountain drink sodas tasted bad and the waiting time was bad I was waiting for like 12 minutes their was nobody inside or in the drive thru so I thought it would be quick and it was just my husband and I, so I got up and ask about my order and the only guy that was their had no knowledge about my order. I rather make the drive and go to another Taco Bell never coming back to this location.

  I have been visiting this place for breakfast for months, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I waited more than 20 minutes for my breakfast, and when I finally received it, the food was still not cooked properly. When I politely asked if it could be cooked properly, the staff responded rudely and acted as if I was being unreasonable for asking, even after I had already waited so long. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they made me feel like I was the problem. The customer service was unprofessional, and the overall experience was unacceptable. If this is the level of service and food quality customers can expect, management needs to take it seriously. Serving undercooked food and treating customers with disrespect is not acceptable. If this continues and the staff don’t care about their customers, it would be better to close the location than continue providing such poor service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service.
