Worst location ever! Such a nice, new Taco Bell but the service is horrible! Waited 25 minutes for 5 hardshell tacos.

If there were a 0-star rating, I would have given it. They gave me the wrong order at the drive-thru. When I called after getting home, they apologized and asked me to come back to the store to pick up the correct order. After a long day, I was not willing to make another hour-long round trip becuase of their mistake. I asked for a refund instead, but I was told that I still had to physically come to the store to get the refund. This is extremely frustrating and completely unreasonable. The mistake was theirs, yet I was expected to spend another hour driving back just to resolve it. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience

For what it’s worth I had a phenomenal experience here. The food was good, and the server at the window was super joyful and friendly. The AI at the speaker was weird but the guy at the window more than made up for it. Give that guy a raise, he had an accent and a beard and seemed pretty tall.

If you are in a hurry don’t go to this one. They are slow and take their time. At the end they probably forgot half your order to. Just go to the one down the street and thank me later…

Contrary to what the other reviews have said…. I had a standout experience at this Taco Bell drive-thru today, largely thanks to Marci. Fast food drive-thrus are usually transactional and rushed, but Marci brought a level of genuine kindness, patience, and sharp professionalism that is exceptionally rare in the industry. He greeted me warmly at the speaker, ensured my order was 100% accurate, and handed everything off at the window with a great attitude and a smile. The food was hot, fresh, and properly packed, but the top-tier customer service is what really sets this location apart. Management has a real asset in Marci—give that man a raise! I will say that maybe the bad reviews helped change the dynamic and professionalism of the location. I would recommend trying to see if it’s improved as of today August 27, 2026.
