  Why would any person with common sense serve this taco to someone? Got a spicy potato soft taco and the potatoes are rock hard. I can’t even consume this. Mexican pizzas seem like they’ve sitting for a while as well. The staff is friendly but the food quality is awful.

  Slow,slow,slow! Under staffed! Ordered online and when we got there we waited for approximately 15 minutes in the drive thru and when we got home with our order it was not what we ordered. It seems that the staff was confused about everything! Maybe not enough training.

  I ordered a Medium Diet Coke and a Doritos Locos Taco. It took me 15 minutes to get my food, they gave me the wrong drink. My taco was not a doritos locos, but it was a regular taco that you could clearly tell that it had been sitting out for awhile. Seemed like there was only one employee, bad management chain. Made me late from getting back from my break.

  For the pass couple times I been here the service is not the best This morning I came in to get something before work and the older machine told me Me to pay at cashier it took 20 min before someone notice and somebody else was next to was Waiting too I feel bad because he can’t Stand up straight well I was just gonna get something too on the way home from work and they said they couldn’t take my order but to me it does that make sense because they told me to order online or use uber I had cash and I was right here. So you want me to just older Uber Eats what is going on with that Sorry for the bad review but it’s been like this a lot

  Such a shame to see a brand new store already struggling so bad. Last week went to pick up a mobile order. Only one person there continuing to take orders while not getting any out, I sat for 25 minutes, the car parked next to me was there before me so was likely there going on 30 minutes waiting for their order mobile order as well. Food wasn't correct once I finally got it and they didnt give me the nearly $3.50 drink 8 prepayed for but at that point my entire lunch break was gone and i didnt have time to wait any longer. The people inside were seemingly more concerned with where people parked to wait for food rather than getting food out. But thinking it was just a bad day, I gave them another chance today and ordered again. Once again nearly 20 minutes, incorrect food, and no drink. I understand lack staffing, but the way the few staff there are running things are the bigger problem.
