  Es la segunda ves que me dan la pizza mal hecha ,esto no es una grande ,ve el tamano de la pizza ,el pan de la orilla esta muy grande ,y la oersona que estaba en ese momento de malas no regresaria

  I arrived early to pick up my order, as expected it was not ready. I went to Kroger to wait and pick up a few things. My order was expected to be ready at 5:50pm as stated on the Papa Johns Tracker. I went back at 6:10. I ask for my pizza. They said its not in the oven yet. I informed then when the pizza was supposed to be ready based on the pizza tracker and asked if I could have some idea when it would be ready. The Assistant Manager Gwen said "it will be ready when its ready." I got upset and asked for a refund. I told Gwen this is not right because I drove 30 min to pick up this pizza and there is crazy traffic and she tell me, I quote, "that your problem sir." Now Im going to my trusted pizza spot Dominos!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Papa John’s location. The pizza quality was far below expectations. The crust was excessively thick, while the toppings were very sparse and of poor quality. The customer service was just as disappointing. We visited around 10:00 PM, even though the store was open until 12:00 AM. We asked if they had food available, but the staff couldn’t give us a clear answer. They kept looking at each other and seemed unsure about taking our order. When our pizza was finally ready, it was handed to us in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner. This happened on Sunday, July 12. I hope the management addresses both the food quality and the customer service, as this experience did not meet the standards I expected from Papa John’s. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  It was debated between papa johns or marcos. Unfortunately I chose papa. The order was made online with the notes stating we were at the clubhouse pool. The driver calls me asking where I am. I told him I'm at the pool. He claims he didn't see me. I can confirm I had direct sight of the only entrance to the pool. He did make his way to us. I was given a warm 2L with no cups or plates. I don't know where the disconnect is with them. I was a delivery driver for 5 years I know how it goes. I can see the receipt on my end and know what theirs look like. There is no reason you can't be equipped. I was told by the driver that they didn't have cups or plates which I called the store about. The alleged manager confirmed no cups or plates. That's only a few reasons for this review. I would suggest against ever ordering here again.
