  Terrible …cheese pizza was cold and it looked like it had sat in the store for awhile before delivered…and the delivery person never rang our bell, just left it on the step…for that we were charged $60???

  I had a really frustrating experience picking up my order. I could clearly see my pizza come out of the oven, yet I was left standing at the counter for about 7 minutes with no one acknowledging me. There were two employees—one making pizzas (wearing earbuds) and another boxing orders—but neither even looked toward the counter. I eventually had to raise my voice just to get someone’s attention. This shouldn’t happen. Customer pickup is a basic part of the experience, and being ignored that long is unacceptable. It honestly felt like they didn’t care. Also, the staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping customers. Papa John’s should really look into how wait times and front-counter service are being handled at this location.

  Very bad place with lazy workers managers and staff like usually, but worst. Placed an order at around 11:27 pm charged me 28.20$ and never got my food I starved an hour waiting for them and then went and had to borrow money since they took mine. Honestly manager I think someone really needs to check into you, the clean up should start with you, crazy how a papa John’s falls for 2 stars

  This is the worst place I have ever seen in my life—neither the staff nor the venue itself is decent. I come here every day, and almost every time there are different employees, yet it is always the same rudeness, the same attitudes, and the same slowness.

  Jacklyn was the one that handled my order and all I can say is I hope everyone gets to deal with her. She was nothing but a delight and so wholesome to talk to and definitely made sure my order was correct. I appreciate when people care about the quality of their work no matter what it could be. Definitely only come here for her. She deserves a fat raise
