  The service was as good as it could be with the 4 employees working hard. They were fantastic! The inside of the store was depressing. Most of the tables were gross or had random napkins or discarded ketchup packets on them. All the seating was weird and it was not inviting at all. We won't be back to this location because it was just sad inside.

  How hard is it to make a hamburger, the original little one? Then while I was trying to decide whethet to eat it anyway, an employee took their break in the dining room and was yelling into their speakerphone about fifa. I threw it away and left.

  Ordered delivery, paid full price, got half an order. Apparently “two cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink” was too complex a sentence to fully process. Got the drink. Congrats on nailing 33% of the assignment. Here’s the thing — I’m not even mad about a single mistake. Stuff happens. I’m leaving this because there’s no easy way to make it right. No refund button that works, no number that picks up, just a bag with less food than I paid for and a shrug. That’s the actual problem. If you run this location: check the bags before they go out. It takes ten seconds and saves you reviews like this one. If you’re a customer reading this: count your items before the driver leaves, because once they’re gone, so is your food and your money. Will update if they fix it. Not holding my breath

  Once again, I went through the drive-through at the McDonald’s on the corner of Matt Highway and banister Road all I ordered was a double quarter pounder with cheese plain and a nuggets meal so they got the nuggets right cause it’s kind of hard to mess those up, but once again I got a single with everything on it for the hamburger it makes me very sad that you can’t even go in there and order something and get it right the first time now I’m all the way home and I have to eat a burger that I’m not happy about. Sick of these people stealing my money get it together folks

  Very dissatisfied nothing of our food was made right and also we heard staff yelling in the background screaming about DoorDash orders and how they came and lay that they’re not gonna do it. They can call back in the morning and they can figure it out then not very professional staff I’m closing time plus we were almost 20 minutes in the restaurant before they brought us the food to pick up inside yes I understand we were there 40 minutes before closing. definitely had a better experience with the morning staff than the nighttime staff place my wife’s fries are nasty. They’re old and all shriveled up. Her cheeseburger had no cheese no mustard no pickle nothing my double cheeseburger had one piece of cheese, two hard buns no mayonnaise ketchup, mustard pickles nothing and my crispy chicken bread was so hard I could throw at the wall it’s sad this place has gone downhill
