  Big changes with new ownership. Biggest concern is that they offer a cash price and a credit card price however they don’t accept cash. The uniqueness of prior ownership management has disappeared along with the family atmosphere previously offered. Not sure we will visit nearly as often as we once did.

  I ordered pizza and a salad today via doordash. Got the pizza... no salad. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I called the store to talk to a manager. A young inexperienced sounding waitress advised she's the head waitress and person in charge. I asked if our salad was sitting there and she said yes. No apology or offer to fix it. Of course, I had to suggest that. I reported it through doordash and got a partial credit so I paid about $4 more for the salad than they credited back. Why should I pay anything for a completely absent item? Also, they do not tape their pizza boxes, which is a sanitary issue. We will not be ordering from them again.

  Honestly mid at best. Onions were inconsistently chopped. Took me a while to chew the bacon. Probably got gristle. Got meat and toppings at the beginning. Got dough at the end. Being a New Yorker, disappointed with the food. If you are going to claim to be the best, do better please. Don’t know if I’ll be back.

  Bad service with mediocre food. Highly recommend skipping this location, and I do not say that often.

  I just had a horrible experience. This is the SECOND time they made my order wrong. I normally order 2 cheese pizzas, EXTRA THICK CRUST however, what I received was regular, almost thin crust. (Photos attached) Mind you, there is an extra fee of $4 for thick crust each pizza. I contacted them and they told me they would CREDIT the pizzas to my account and I would have to pick it up (on both occasions) Avery the first time and Katie the second. Today, 5/9/26, I placed an online order to pickup 20 wings (Paid in full). I also called to redeem the pizzas that were supposedly credited to my account (they wrote down my first and last name). I was told that they would only offer a 50% discount on the order. That wouldn't have been the issue if that was told to me upfront. I mentioned that Katie ensured that both pizzas would be a remake and I could just pick it up whenever I ordered next time and that it would be on them. Avery said the manager, Matt wasn't in and there were no other managers so she would have to call him. ...She thought she had me on hold... I heard EVERYTHING. Avery proceeded to tell the manager and staff that this was a reoccurring issue and I do this purposely to get free pizzas. This is the SECOND time THEY made this mistake. I even order other items with the pizza that I PAY IN FULL for. How dare you slander my name when you were the ones that said it would be credited. I told her to have the manager, Matthew Mastre contact me immediately. He returned my call within 10 minutes, which I appreciated. However, he proceeds to tell me each pizza is made differently and by other people and that he just started a week ago. I told him to cancel my $30 wing order along with the "free" pizzas. Note to staff: 1. You all need to be re-trained. Including the 1 week old manager. 2. Don't slander a customer's name or ASSume they want free pizza sauce and dough because YOU said the mistake YOU made would be fixed on YOUR behalf. 3. Half of the employees at this location hate their jobs and it shows. They look like they run shifts back to back and have no time for themselves. Luckily for them, I'm one less customer they have to worry about.
