  Wish I could upload a photo because the turkey they put on our sandwiches was a joke! Went home and added more of our own turkey! Also got a huge amount of attitude from a woman working there for asking if we could get our sandwiches toasted. I got eye rolls and major unprofessional behavior. First time here, too. Pretty sad we spent over $30 to go home and add turkey to two subs!

  I came in trying to use points for an old account that only seems to be in my Apple Wallet and I can’t seem to find the login information to order in advance like I usually do. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the employee behind the counter was really unhelpful. Every question I asked he “didn’t know”. Pretty sure he just didn’t want to help me because it was 8:30 and he cared more about going home. Excellent customer service, NOT.

  Awful customer service. And dirty. I ordered a toasted sandwich under their "toasted" menu. They forget to toast it and they refuse to exchange my cold sandwich with a new toasted one, blaming me for not saying "toasted". Are you kidding me ? I have to tell you how to do your job properly ?? And one of them did not remove gloves when working the cashier. Stay away.
