  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Jimmy John's on Buford Highway in Cumming! McKayla and her assistant, Maggie, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and genuine friendliness made the entire visit enjoyable. The service was fast, the food was great, and it's clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service. It's not often you come across employees who make such a lasting impression, but McKayla and Maggie definitely did. They turned a simple stop for a sandwich into an awesome experience. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this location. Thanks again, McKayla and Maggie, for the exceptional service—I look forward to coming back!

  Made an online order with the coupon code that the app gave and order went through. Went to pick up and they said they cancelled it and said discount was a glitch. No cancellation message either. Wasted my time.

  I highly recommend this restaurant! The service was quick and efficient, the turkey sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the girl at the window was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
