I went inside to ask if they had a regular sprinkle donut and they stated no only heart sprinkles. A young lady named Pine came to the rescue, took a regular glazed donut and made it with regular sprinkles. She understood how picky my child was being and went above and beyond to help me. THANK YOU SO MUCH PINE! You are the best!

The manager truly stood out—very attentive, friendly, and always making sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the customer experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The products were fresh and tasted great, which builds a lot of trust in the place. On top of that, the service was fast and efficient without sacrificing quality. Definitely a place worth coming back to. Kudos to the team, and especially to the manager for making a real difference.

She insisted on making my order for me despite coming to the wrong store. Shirley and her team were so friendly and efficient. I truly appreciated the kindness and excellent customer service. Will definitely return. The new chocolate covered banana iced coffee was WONDERFUL!!!
