- ACAltair ChrisJun 22, 20261.0While placing the order we requested for an extra cup, just a cup, after paying the bill i noticed a 50c charge for a cup of water, I asked the person why a charge of 50c, his reply was because we have to buy the cup and it is not free. This is something he should have clarified before putting the charge, while I understand there is a cost to everything , but not being transparent about the cost beforehand is being unfair. Does a small cup with nothing in it costs 50c or is this Dunkin's way of discouraging customers from coming back???

We ordered 1 whole meal and 2 other drinks and asked for lite ice on all 3 drinks. Owner/manager said we will get less on all 3 drinks. I asked why he said that it is because the measure by the ice. But if I am spending almost $5 per drink and want lite ice, it doesn't mean i get less for my money. This is called Coperate Greed. You dont rob your customers if they want less ice and you get less drinks. It doesn't work like that. If I am spending around $450 to $500 a month with my Daughters. I should be treated better than this. I only asked for lite ice and for him to tell me i get less of my drinks I ordered, shame on the Owners of this of this Franchise. I will be call BBB for this. I am not paying for cups full of ice. I am paying for a drink and if I as a customer decided to have lite ice in all my drinks I should still get a cup filled, Not be Told I Get Less Of Drink

Couldn’t catch her name but I was standing for about five mins trying to get her attention, and when I finally did she rudely told me that I would have to wait and that drive through was priority, which would’ve been fine if she didn’t have an attitude. After waiting another five minutes, which I had already told her I was in a rush, she turned to me and asked “What do you want” and proceeded to be disrespectful the entire time. Please handle this behavior so she doesn’t do the same thing to future customers.
