- SKShekar KolluSep 26, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ today. I purchased three Boxes O’ Joe for an event, and all the creamers provided with the order were damaged/unusable. We only discovered this at the event, causing a lot of inconvenience for our guests. I brought the damaged creamers back to the store afterward and explained what happened. Instead of acknowledging the problem or trying to make it right, I was simply told that once the creamers leave the store, they can’t do anything about it. The damaged creamers were provided by the store—we had no way of knowing they were bad until we opened them. Mistakes can happen, but good customer service is about how those mistakes are handled. Very disappointed with the response and the overall customer service.

Unfortunately, the person working at the counter on Tuesday evening was extremely rude and made the experience very unpleasant. Customer service makes a big difference, especially for regular customers. If this kind of behavior continues, I will definitely skip this location and drive to another nearby Dunkin’ instead. I really like Dunkin’ and would prefer to continue coming to this store, but I hope management addresses the customer service issue and ensures customers are treated politely and respectfully.
