  I wrote on the other one. I didn’t one they had two. But if you go read the review on the other one you will know why I have it 1 star. The service is beyond awful and disrespectful. My other review is longer and the story is on the other page.

  Pulled on entrance door and it was locked (no sign saying door was broken). Had to walk around to the other entrance. Told employee about the door being locked and he just told me 50% of the time it’s locked, other 50% it’s open. Saw several other customers do the same thing and even saw one of the customers leave (maybe they thought they were closed). Poor management of this location. I would recommend going to the established store on Marketplace Blvd 2 minutes down the road.

  This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They have one person working the entire line at busy times (lunch and dinner), the manager is horrible and has no idea how to run a business and she is complained about having to work when I asked if they could please put another person on the line since 5 people were in line waiting. This is fast food but so slow I will never go back. Fire the manager and find someone who knows how to run a business!

  This location is yet to learn how to wrap a burrito.I love Chipotle, but my last visit was a massive letdown. The burrito was wrapped so loosely that it fell apart the second I peeled back the foil. Half of the rice, beans, and vege ended up in the wrapper instead of in the burrito. Every bite was structurally unstable and completely messy to eat.

  This is the closest location to my house, so I've had no choice but to come here many times. The employees inside the store are generally friendly, but every time I've used the drive-thru for pickup, I've been surprised by how unfriendly the staff are. They don't greet customers with a simple "Hi," and they never say "Thank you." Even when I thank them first, they don't respond. It feels like every drive-thru employee has the same attitude. Whenever I leave here and then visit places like McDonald's or Chick-fil-A, where the employees are genuinely friendly, I'm reminded of how much a simple greeting and good customer service can make a difference. The drive-thru staff at this location really need better customer service training. I hope someone at headquarters sees this review and also takes the time to read the many other negative reviews about this location.
