  Most god awful chipotle ive ever been too, bowl was so small service was a joke. I hate dumping reviews on places felt deserved though.

  Shocking such a brand new chipotle could be run so poorly. Ive given this place 3 chances now before I made a review. Im not sure anyone in the entire company can wrap a burrito anymore, I even ask for less rice/beans so its easier. The steak was actual jerky and the queso looked like it had been on the line all day. The moes down the street is where you need to go, its cheaper and consistent. Chipotle has better food when it's fresh, but they are incredibly inconsistent.

  Rude crew member, using profanity while interacting with customers! Don't understand how come Chipotle is hiring such people in customer service roles!

  The young gentleman working the drive thru lane needs to get a raise! He has excellent customer service skills. Food was a 10/10.

  I don’t usually get surprised by poor service, but for such a new location, this was disappointing. I’ve visited multiple times since opening and have ordered quesadillas without issue. Today, when I tried to order one again, the cashier went to speak with a manager (Sebastian), who then loudly shouted from across the counter that I needed to go to the end of the line if I wanted a quesadilla. He continued yelling from the other end of the counter, saying that quesadillas aren’t on the menu and that they wouldn’t make others wait because of my order. The way this was handled was unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple, respectful explanation given directly to me instead of yelling from the other side in front of everyone would have been appropriate. I understand policies can change, but communication and basic customer service should never fall short like this. This location could benefit from stronger leadership and better customer interaction.
