Every time I go through the line one of the younger female customer facing employees always has an attitude regardless of how nice you are to her. Today’s example, I ordered a bowl to go and I said clearly and plenty loud “Brown rice please and just a little bit of black beans.” She threw on the largest scoop of black beans I’ve ever seen on top of a bowl in my life. Literally covered ALL of the rice, couldn’t even see the rice. I just looked at her and said nicely and kind of embarrassed even though it wasn’t my fault, “I said just a little bit.” She grabbed a lid from a to go container and scooped off a little bit and with an attitude threw it in the trash and then put both palms on the counter with her shoulders up and just said “is that enough?” Extremely tired of her attitude every… single… time… I go in there. Put her in the back making food. Not friendly at all.

I ended up throwing it away right in front of the cashier and let them know why. While I didn't ask for a refund, it would have been appreciated if the staff had offered some kind of resolution, such as a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of time and money. I won't be returning.
