Literally all of your reviews are from people ordering food , you have a problem . I would recommend you fix it or I will keep ordering double protein on Uber Eats and complaining about it so I get my moneys worth

I understand I was told prices recently increased, but what honestly does not make sense to me is paying more while receiving noticeably smaller portions at the same time. I order the exact same bowl almost every visit, and it has never looked like this before. I’ve been coming to Chipotle and specifically this location for years, so I know what the normal portions usually look like. Today’s bowl looked significantly underportioned compared to what I consistently receive, especially for such a simple order. What also made the experience frustrating was the interaction when I brought it up in the store. When I mentioned that it didn’t make sense to pay more while receiving less food, the employee helping me simply responded that “prices went up last week” and made a dismissive facial expression instead of offering any explanation, help, or customer service. The interaction honestly came across as “that’s just what you get,” which made the situation even more disappointing. I’m not upset about a reasonable price increase by itself, but increasing prices while reducing portions at the same time creates a frustrating customer experience and does not feel consistent with the value Chipotle is known for. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle and have been a loyal customer for a long time. I just hope there can be more consistency and better customer service moving forward.
