- PWPayton White1 day ago1.0Staff was awesome, very attentive. However, as a worker was attending to us shortly before helping another customer, (I presume) a manager cut me off twice as I was trying to tell the worker my order to berate said worker over “not checking the customer out”. The worker was putting my tortilla in the warmer before going to help the other customer, and was cut off before doing so. The manager was being straight up rude to the worker and didn’t seem to care that I was in the middle of ordering, twice. I love this chipotle, but I can’t support an establishment that lets their managers openly disrespect workers AND customers like that. Be better.

I’ve gone in there serval times and she’s got the absolute worst attitude and totally brings down the atmosphere. I walked up and she just stared at me. Didn’t say hello, ask what I wanted or even gestured to help me. I had ti ask if they were can still serving the food. That’s when the manager came up behind her and was lovely and was like “yes we’re still going, how can we help you!”. I started telling her my order and I asked what kind of chicken this was and she just lamely pointed at the picture. The manger was like “let him try it!” And she just blatantly ignored her. Like how hard is it to just say the kind of chicken or even HELLO!? Every single thing I asked I wanted on my bowl felt like I was pulling teeth and she progressively got more and more lazy and seemed annoyed. I should’ve just walked away but older woman I assume is the manger was lovely and is every time and I would've felt bad. I’m sorry but yall gotta get rid of this girl. She is wasn’t even wearing a name tag or I would’ve said her name but the description should be enough. I won’t be eating here if I see her on the line again. The food is good tho.
