Dine in most of the time. Great and friendly staff-always willing to assist. Super location that is busy appropriate times during the day. Can be moderately noisy sometimes, yet that is expected considering the time frames.

It's not up to any restaurant to provide for those struggling with food insecurity. It's a pervasive problem. And I understand the philosophy of "you can't help one because you can't help everyone". I'm looking at this from a owner standpoint and from a "at need" standpoint. Also have to understand that some people can't get regular grocery store food because they have no way to cook it. So they have to get pre-prepared food usually fast food. If someone actually comes in and confides in a manager for a possible meal; and you don't want to make your p and l take a hit; at least make sure the manager on duty knows to use an abundance of compassion vs a flat, "sorry, can't do it". Scripture also says, and I know CFA has stopped aligning itself with Christian values, the scripture says (and I know it can't apply to everyone that walks through the door needing help) Proverbs 3:27 "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to help." I'm not a liberal and know I'm not DUE anything. But it does help your bottom line later. Because I am not always going to be in my current situation of need. I can assure you that those who HELPED US will be those we invest our resources into at a later.

Hashbrowns at breakfast have been soggy and not fully crisped multiple times. I think they're pulling them out from the fryer early to get the orders out. Ive Worked in the industry.. Start frying more hashbrowns before you run out and then you won't need to take the batch out early because your waiting for hashbrowns!

This is a solid Chick-fil-A location with the quality of food and service you’d expect from the brand. The staff is friendly, the orders are accurate, and the food is consistently good. That said, there are a couple of quirks. First, it’s just far enough off the freeway to be slightly inconvenient when you’re looking for a quick stop. Second, the drive-thru has a bit of a personality disorder. The two lanes never seem to move at the same speed, and whichever lane looks faster is usually the wrong choice. It’s like playing a game of traffic roulette every visit. Overall, though, the food and service keep me coming back, and it’s a dependable location despite its few oddities.
