I frequent a great many establishments, and it is rare that service of this caliber crosses my path. Sofia, despite her evident youth, handled a demanding line with the poise and professionalism one typically expects from someone with decades of experience. Her attentiveness never wavered, even under pressure, and she made what could have been a tedious wait feel genuinely pleasant. The food, the drinks, and the staff here are all excellent but it was Sofia's exceptional composure and grace that truly elevated the experience and compelled me to take the time to write this. A remarkable talent, and this establishment is fortunate to have her.

I always come here to eat my sorrows away. This place is great! The service is always top notch, the food tastes amazing, and it’s super cheap. Would recommend! 11/10

ok, seriously. what is going on. cava used to be cool with giving extra portions and gave plenty with the veggies. now they upcharge for both rice and chicken and are worse than chipotle with the portions of veggies. hardly any corn in there! i literally got half a scoop of veggies and had to keep asking for more. the guy was pissing me off. don't know if it's just this location, but presuming it's worldwide. y'all gotta do better smh

Dear Owner, The Lentil Beans and Rice are super stale and hard, it like they won’t throw it away after a few hours, they just keep reusing the same batch over and over, the food is good but I can’t enjoy if my rice and beans are hard and stale, PLEASE FRESH RICE AND LENTIL BEANS, should be restocked every few hours not every couple of days 🤢🤮. Put a lid over it to help preserve it better sheesh 🙄

Dana, was phenomenal. She made a great tasting bowl, got fresh dressings and recommended a great combination. I would of never paired the Garlic with it. It was incredible. She added all the ingredients I wanted with such purpose of making sure i had a great bowl! She also was super friendly and kind. The whole staff was great and very helpful.
