- LNLucas NewtonSep 25, 20261.0They’ve changed their sausage gravy recently and it tastes terrible. Doesn’t matter if you go in the morning or at night. The gravy tastes like mashed potatoes which likely means they’re adding too much starch. Regardless it’s awful on a biscuit.

Neither of us got a biscuit that is supposed to be included in the combo and one of ours had fries that were over cooked to the point of too hard to eat and a lot of seasoning and the other combo fries were undercooked and no seasoning. Chicken strips were pretty good but we ended up just throwing the fries out. Long wait for subpar lunch.

Workers are overwhelmed and constantly remind customers in line they are understaffed, though there was one employee just relaxing outside at the main entry. Multiple customers walking out due to long waits. Food seems to be days old and just reheated. I would have left too, but I knew refunding my online order would be too much and I didn’t want to make people behind me in line wait more.

If I had the time I’d go back and complain. Had to get to work. When the guy handed me the bag he even said give us a good review the number is at the bottom of the receipt . I’m sure to do that!
- TTToddSep 8, 20261.0I stopped by To grab something to eat real quick and it ended up taking about 15 minutes to get my food and I don’t even know what they put in the box but it doesn’t look like chicken and if it is chicken, there’s something horribly wrong with it, I also asked for mashed potatoes and gravy, and I just got mashed potatoes with no gravy, the mashed potatoes are powder anyway, I don’t even know what the chicken is made out of but doesn’t look like chicken to me and they forgot to give me a biscuit which would’ve been probably the only edible thing here
