  The food was excellent, but the service was terrible. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, then when I got to the window, the worker took my card and handed me my food without eye contact or speaking a single word to me. It was obvious they were swamped in there, but based off of the other reviews, it seems this is typical. That makes me think that management needs to step up and hire more people and treat their workers better. It's a good thing that the food was excellent, otherwise I wouldn't go back.

  If there were 0 stars. Worst restaurant ever. I typically avoid them and drive to dawsonville. This morning I went by and another 0 star experience. Ordered ham biscuit. Got about a mile down the road and opened it. It was some chicken biscuit sandwich which was awful.

  The staff were nice and made suggestions for us on what to order. However, hours after our family ate there my 8 year old daughter, wife, and I all got violently ill at the same time. We suspect food poisoning. Please ask the team to emphasize clean food handling. My daughter is now better but my wife and I are still stuck in bed. The only family member who didn’t get sick was the one who didn’t eat there. We suspect it may have been from the tea urns in the dining room.

  I am a HUGE fan of Bojangles, but I don't recommend ever going to their location at the corner of Hwy 306 & Hwy 369 in Cumming. Unfortunately, the service is hit or miss at best, and this morning it was at the bottom of the miss category. Not only did it take over 30 minutes to order and get my meals, but the staff left out a couple of the combo sides. For the record, I only ordered 3 combo meals to go..... On the bright side, I got to listen to the staff argue with each other, watch the older lady with the long blond ponytail grabbing biscuits without any gloves, and the petite older lady working the front counter in full freakout mode.... My best advice for fellow Bo-lovers such as myself, go to the location in Dawsonville for faster, more consistent service.

  Terrible. Managers yells and embarrasses employees the whole time I felt so bad for them. It’s complete chaos. Order was completely wrong. Waited for 10 mins for food I didn’t even order. All the customers ahead and behind me were frustrated as well.
