It took a minute to get our food, not too long! It was worth the wait! The Bo Rounds were crispy and not saturated in grease and the biscuits were perfect!! I don't live in this area, but I will be back!

An excellent location that seems to be well ran. Pulled in at a busy time one morning but had no trouble getting my food. It was very hot but that to me is good, the gravy here was obviously fresh too. Very good location.

This location is really slow and unorganized. Typical wait time is 15 minutes for two biscuits. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

I hate leaving negative reviews, but after giving this location multiple chances, I feel like I have to. I was excited to have a Bojangles nearby because it reminds me of my childhood, but every visit has been disappointing. Our first experience was after we ordered a 20-piece family meal online. When my husband arrived to pick it up, they told him they had no white meat chicken or rice, despite accepting our order and marking it ready. When he asked about substitutions, they acted annoyed and said they were out of most other options too. He ended up leaving and going to Zaxby’s instead. A few months later, I ordered a 5-piece Supreme meal. The tenders were tiny—about the size of my pinky finger—and the fries were ice cold, even though we live just minutes away and the food had just been made. Paying over $13 for that was disappointing. This week, after having a fantastic experience at another Bojangles while traveling, I decided to give this location one last chance. I ordered a single chicken sandwich through the app at 12:54 p.m. and went inside to pick it up. Despite several employees being present and very few customers, I waited almost 30 minutes for one sandwich. There was obvious confusion about my order, poor communication between employees, and I ultimately received my sandwich only because the cashier stepped in to make it. This wasn’t one bad visit—it has been the same experience every time: poor service, missing menu items, long waits, and inconsistent food quality. There are a few genuinely kind employees, but the overall operation feels disorganized. I really wanted to like this location because I love Bojangles, but after multiple chances, this will be my last visit.

It is 7:42 PM on a Tuesday. We pull up and they tell us we will have to wait 5 minutes for a sandwich, 3 minutes for 3 chicken tenders, they also advised they don't have any buns or tea. Thats not the worst part as I don't really mind waiting. But they literally are pissed off that we are even ordering food, instead of just pulling off. Not sure who the GM or owner is but if you see this feel free to reach out. I maybe would take a real look at personnel, logistics and operations because this restaurant is failing at all three aspects.
