  Originally had a great experience that ended horribly. I had a wedding in Covington this past June and chose wingstop as my catering choice for the reception. I went in to order food for about 20 people, I requested 200 wings, fries, corn & ranch. In the app, it stated 100 wing pack came with 4 large fries and 8 ranch dips that was priced at 109.99 for boneless. Come to find out that’s actually not true? When I spoke to the manager, Eric, he said it only comes with 100 wings but he would comp the sides and ranch. He said he would be present when the food was picked up. Fast forward to the evening of the reception, one of my bridesmaids and my mom went to pick this order up around 5pm. Reception started at 5:30. When she arrived the food had not been started and Eric wasn’t there. Nobody knew about this order. Then they needed to figure out if I even paid or not, that took over an hour. Once confirmed, they rushed to get wings from a different location, made it, and it was wrong. Then they said that we don’t get any sides and all we get are wings. Which is crazy because Eric said he would comp it. They remade it and at this point it was almost 8pm, my mom & bridesmaid sat in that wingstop for 3 hours waiting for food that Eric was supposed to verify for us. This was the night of my wedding and food was 2 1/2 hours LATE. You could imagine my frustration. I called this location multiple times after this incident to speak to Eric about a possible partial refund, food was undercooked and we literally waited hours for almost $300 worth of food….and oddly enough he was never there when I called or he left early. His customer service was great, but his follow through was trash. I’m extremely disappointed that I paid so much for my reception to not have food for hours. I feel bad the employees had to deal with this without their manager present.

  This place is always busy. Food is always fresh and the staff is always busting a move. Sometimes it gets a lil backed up. Bc of how busy they get.

  When we went into the restaurant tonight (8/23/26), it was hot. As if the air conditioner was NOT on or working. It wasn't unbearable but it was enough for my asthma to try to let loose. The employees were GREAT! However, I was disappointed in the flavor selection for wings. I'm a sweet chili girl. I ordered the six piece wing combo and though the food was served nice and hot, the flavor was lacking. I last ate at a wingstop in 2020. My husband's food was good too but he said it lacked flavoring. We noticed that our dipping sauces, ranch and blu cheese, were watered down and my husband said the blu cheese was just ranch without the chunks of blue cheese crumbles. At the drink fountain, I was HAPPY to see the freestyle, but sad to see there was NO ZERO SUGAR choices except powerade. The Ice was not coming out of the machine and with another customer, an employee had to put a stick in the machine to free the ice because the ice was melting. Consider the machine not having cold ac hitting it and keeping it cool keeping the ice from melting. There was no utensils out for a customer to get, we had to ask for them. And while customers waited for their food, all the employees were in the back customer area gathered around a table just talking. Not very cool, but what do you expect with teenagers and no adults? We will NOT be back. We will go to Rudyboo's

  My friend’s blood sugar dropped so low while we waited on our food (two hours) that he passed out. I’m pissed.

  I work at a nearby business. I placed my order online, went to pick it up and asked the girl if I could have an extra honey mustard she said she would have to charge me for it. Since I work next-door, I didn’t even bring my wallet or anything since I had paid online. I asked to speak to her manager. She had a snotty attitude and telling me that she was the manager. She finally just put an extra one in the bag for me. I would have become a regular customer, but the customer service that I received today was unacceptable and I will not be back
