  The place is nice and clean, and the service was great. The double burger I ordered did not taste freshly cooked. The hamburger was a little hard on the outside as though it was precooked and sitting under a hot light to keep it warm. A hamburger should be juicy and not tastes like it's dried out.

  I was in Covington to explore the Square and had to stop by once I realized there was a Whataburger close by. When I came in I was immediately greeted by a beautiful African American young lady. I think her name was Laura or Loren. She gracefully took my husband and I’s order. She told me I could sit anywhere and she’d bring the order out to me. True to her word, less than 10 minutes later, she brought our order with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious. I tried the new Hot Honey Crisp and it was amazing. She also did an amazing job keeping the restaurant clean and checked on us periodically. Next time I’m in Covington to visit the Square, Whataburger will be my second stop!

  I really enjoyed the Whataburger experience, the customer service was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was a priority, the young man at the counter was so kind and very helpful not to mention the store was the cleanest fast food place I’ve ever seen. I was suggested by the cashier to get the patty melt burger with bacon…it was hands down the best burger I’ve had in a long time. I would 10 times out of 10 suggest coming to Whataburger.

  Every time I come to Whataburger, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The food is always fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the service is top-notch. The team is friendly, professional, and works hard to make sure every customer has a great experience, even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell the employees take pride in what they do. Great food, excellent customer service, and consistent quality make this one of the best fast-food restaurants around. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal and an even better experience!

  I'm a native Texan who lives in California now so no Whataburger. I travel to Covington for business a few times a year and stay near this Whataburger so I get a treat that reminds me of home. I've never had a bad experience. Food is always made fresh, dining room is always clean, and service as expected. I was there last week and a young person named Brisen hope I spelled that correctly saw me at the self order kiosk and suggested he take my order in person. Very polite, engaged in my order and asked questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Even carried my order out. It was refreshing to see a young person working with a great attitude and desire to do a good job. If you manage this location, take note.
