  My wife asked for a regular Coke large and she got a diet Coke instead we didn't find out until we got home and it messed up her day we would like to be reimbursed and be given coupons and a courtesy meal she still talks about it to this day it happened last week

  Service and food is fine if you can place an order, but for some reason this taco bell always has problems and shuts down randomly in the middle of the day . They oftentimes always have machine problems card problems or something so they cant take orders.

  Every time I come either something is missing from my mail or my meal is not customized the way I want it and then when I come you come up to the window they make you bag up behind the yellow pole and then come back up to the window then you sit out the window for about 5 minutes and then they tell you oh can you park around in the front and will bring your food out and then you're still sitting there waiting another 5 to 10 minutes That's unacceptable and if you bring it up to him when you going inside say something they want to get all uppity and mad and act like the food is coming out of their mouths and the money that I paid with is coming out of their pockets which is I don't understand why can't y'all just make the food and stuff right Make sure everything is in there and do everything timely in accordingly

  The drive thru was down and the person on drive thru were very rude. Then we go inside where it’s been customers waiting for service for a long time very bad service at this location
