  Did a DoorDash order waaaay before the store closed, 11:30pm was when I placed my order, the dasher went to pick my pizza up at 11:45/11:50 to find out THEY NEVER MADE MY PIZZA!!! Lied and said they did have the dough. I told them I would take a regular cheese pizza and they said the oven was already off because they were closing, not closed!! I’m NEVER ordering from this slack ass restaurant AGAIN!!!

  I have pictures to prove the amount of pineapple I have on my pizza yet I paid for double!! Literally have 4 pieces of pineapple on two different pieces of pizza and 7 pieces on another! I'd say all together on the entire pizza I have POSSIBLY 27 pieces of pineapple and yet I paid for double pineapple!! I spent over almost $60 on my orderS, eager to try your newest items and they aren't worth $10 Combined!!!! This is not the 1st time I've had issues with my orders. I've had to bring my food back up to the store to show how inedible it was on 2 different occasions. I know the last 3 times I was anything but satisfied and the tragedy of it is that I didn't even bother to complain the last time, I just told myself I wouldn't order from you again. However, I heard raving reviews so I assumed that the items being new, surely you wouldn't dare mess these up YET HERE I AM AGAIN with inedible food, hungry, disgusted and furious. What happened to the your quality of your products? Very disheartening to confirm my suspicions that Papa John's is no longer a reliable source for meals. Very Disheartening Indeed!!

  Today I ordered pizza from this location and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience when I needed to contact the store about my order. The customer service was extremely disappointing. A young lady answered the phone and told me that my order had been canceled and that I would have to wait 3–5 business days for my refund before placing another order. I had to ask to speak with a manager because I was not receiving the help I needed. Unfortunately, by the time I was able to speak with a manager, it was too late to resolve the issue because the pizza had already left the store. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I called several different stores because I was repeatedly told that they could not find my order. Eventually, I spoke with a manager who was able to locate the order, but at that point, so much time had passed that there was no longer an opportunity to correct the situation. I understand that mistakes and order issues can happen, but the way this situation was handled made an already frustrating experience much worse. Customers should not have to call multiple locations, ask repeatedly for a manager, and spend that much time trying to get basic assistance with an order. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication, order tracking, and customer service at this location.

  If your foods isnt ready at the window...dont sit and block it for 15minutes waiting for them to make it...be considerate and let the person behind you get there food cause they ordered and waited like a functioning human being

  Sometimes they get it right but unfortunately more times they get it wrong. I ordered the “works” pizza that looked so much like a vegetable pizza that I had to pull over to make sure they gave me the right order. It barely had any bacon or sausage, it was just mainly a very cheesy pepperoni pizza with veggies- highly disappointed. Like every bite is just plenty of cheese and vegetables, like it’s just sadness biting into it - gotta find a new spot bc this was just awful !!
