  I will not be returning. I ordered two Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese and only recieved ONE patty on each sandwich.. with TWO SLICES OF CHEESE on each sandwich. It is quite obvious that this was intentionally done. I'm disappointed that someone would do this, especially with how bad the economy is. Heartless and disrespectful. Don't waste your money here. Update as of 11:20PM on May 6th: Whoever manages this place is useless and can only seem to respond by sending a link to "file a complaint" that will never be read or considered. Pathetic.

  The food was hot and good, but I had to wait a while for it. Plus the store had not drinks other than water and Hi-C, which I don't know if was was a machine thing or what.

  4/24/2026 Approx. 7 pm The manager’s behavior during my visit was completely unprofessional. When I tried to ask about an order that was clearly ready behind the counter, she became irritated, grabbed the bag, and tossed it at me. She also spoke to her staff in a dismissive, disrespectful way, which made it obvious why morale seemed low. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly suggest upper management take a serious look at how this location is being run.

  Service is terrible. The attitudes here are ridiculous. If you hate your job then don’t work here. Do us all a favor! Yall should take lessons on customer service from chick fil a.
