    As a single mom iam always on the go. I love this place. They make placing a online order freakishly quick and easy. They are always friendly and helpful.

    Asked for sandwiches to be toasted and they weren’t. Called and provided my Chk # to the manager and he put me on hold, came back and said they did toast them, I saw them. Must be a different crew. Check your bag before you leave.

    Excellent customer service!!!!! Fresh ingredients!!!! Oh yeah, I got bread for cheap to make hoagies at home!!!!

    The most gross experience ever! I bought 2 sandwiches on slice wheat bread, one of the sandwiches came with on side of bread and the other side had less than a quarter of piece of bread on it! Who does that when they could clearly see the mis portion of the bread but they still pass it thru!? Disgusting! Then I did ask for extra lettuce and extra mustard, well again, who the hell they got making these sandwiches because the extra mustard was grossly slathered on both sandwiches so that it was so much, you couldn’t even open the paper without excessive mustard all over the paper, the sandwich and my hands trying to pick up a half of the sandwich. Never again, and this is why I NEVER tip online and probably why I received them like they were because of no tip, but I’ll never tip unless they are done correctly and reasonably in the first place. This was a pick up order but my wife didn’t sit there and watch them make the sandwiches (yes I blame her too), but once she got back home to me, we were not gonna drive that far to complain or return them, I just know to use a different location next time….

    The prices are ridiculous compared to other Jimmy John's in Georgia. A regular sub here is $7.99 while at others it's $6.89. Also, you're better off ordering two regular subs rather than a large because it's cheaper that way. $15.98 vs $15.99. That should tell you all you need to know about the pricing here. Owner or whoever needs to fix it. It's kinda pathetic.
