  Placed a online order, walked it to pickup my iced coffee. People came in placed orders after me and got their order before me. I waited around 10 minutes, they were kinda busy! I asked about my order, it was sitting on the counter the whole time I was waiting. It had the order ticket on it. No one behind the counter put my order out to be picked up, just sitting on the counter.

  I honestly contemplated getting my money back. It's so frustrating getting sloppy, rushed food that took forever for the restaurant to prepare. How do you serve undercooked hash browns? My coffee taste burnt. Please clean and calibrate your pots. The coffee grain to water ratio is far off. No napkins. Sticky condiments. I will not be taking a second chance on ordering with your location. There are way too many visible issues and it makes me wonder what I didn't see on the inside. You're not just serving a product. You're feeding people. It's the ultimate compliment for a stranger to sit at a foreign table and when the kitchen is jacked up it becomes an insult. 👎🏾 Edit: I read other reviews after I posted mine. Is there a franchisee? Where's corporate? My stomach is turning at what I read. I didn't finish my food and I vomited what I ate. Just the fact that I made noticable observations without going in and the comments not only confirm and is worst than my observations is sickening.

  This location is always understaffed. If they could get some help things would run smoothly.

  Even if it’s mildly “busy” it takes 25 minutes in the drive through.

  First of all when I got to the window the guy didn’t say a damn thing he didn’t say my order, my total or anything he just handed out his hand for my payment. So I gave him my card.. as I then proceeded to wait in the line for 15 mins for an iced coffee and a bagel… got my iced coffee then was asked to pull to 2nd window!? For a bagel?? All you do is toast it for like 2 mins then put cream cheese on it, it’s really simple… I waited at the second window for 10 mins and finally someone came with a crossing order I told them I had a bagel. Then they said ok hold on and then I waited another 5 mins before I got my bagel. This is ridiculous!!! Get it together. The coffee and bagel taste good but that was ridiculous to wait so long for a bagel… and that guy needs some customer service skills…
