- AHamaria holseyJun 13, 20261.0Lady refused to give me cold foam after I said that's what I wanted. I'm sure I said that's what I wanted because I read an order from my phone. She didn't even attempt to fix the issue she just shrugged me off. It was an Indian lady with a ponytail.

So we pulled to the second window after waiting for 5 minutes. Then proceeded to get attitude from the associate. I ordered a large dunkalatte.. as I always do, I’m well aware of my coffee order. They charged me for a medium and tried to hand a medium out the window. I told the associate TWICE that it was supposed to be a large. She then went and got the manager who told me THEY CHARGED ME FOR A MEDIUM SO I WOULD HAVE TO PULL BACK AROUND AND ORDER AGAIN…… the service is absolutely laughable. I would have received better service at a run down gas station.

A lady there complained that she was working by herself because everyone had called out. Since I had skipped the ordering process, she told me to go back around and wait another 40 minutes. Unacceptable. I will never come back this place.
