  I hate when an establishment says they’re open until 10pm but refuses to serve you donuts that are already made and would only take 2 minutes to ring up at 9:55pm. Make it make sense. I typically wouldn’t even go somewhere right before they close but I thought they were still open 24 hours. We arrived to the drive though and tried to order, we asked if they were open and was told to drive around. There were 2 young ladies, one agreed to serve us and the other didn’t. Not ok.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts today. I waited in the drive-thru line for approximately 20 minutes just to place my order. When I finally reached the window, it was clear the cashier was overwhelmed, which I tried to be understanding about. However, when I asked how she was doing before placing my order, she responded negatively stating she had been there for two years, rolling her eyes, and becoming visibly irritated. Her tone and demeanor were unprofessional and dismissive. To make matters worse, I was then told the machine was down and my order could not be taken something that could have been communicated much earlier to customers waiting in line. After waiting 20 minutes, there was no apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I was met with attitude, and the interaction ended with her abruptly dismissing me and slamming the window. This experience was extremely frustrating and not reflective of the level of customer service I expect. A simple apology and better communication would have made a significant difference, especially for customers trying to grab coffee before starting their day. I strongly recommend additional training in customer service and communication to ensure situations like this are handled more professionally in the future.

  It appears that those managing this establishment are in dire need of experience. The venue itself is new and well-located, but it ought to be managed by someone with greater expertise—someone who takes a more attentive interest in the entire premises, particularly regarding cleanliness. The restrooms, in particular, are absolutely repulsive. It seems they still believe they are back in their home country, India—but things are vastly different here!

  RUTUL IS THE BEST! WE LOVE THIS DUNKIN! He makes it all worth it! He’s a hard worker. Him and his wife are the nicest people we’ve ever met. Would not come here if it weren’t for him. As long as they’re working here they will have our business.
