    I placed an order online at 8:01 pm and at 8:06 it said my pizza was on the way (5 minutes later). Then I get a text at 8:11 saying the delivery driver was in my neighborhood, but he didn't get here until 8:39. So I ordered 2 pizzas and some cheesey bread. The delivery driver comes to the door with 2 boxes, one pizza and the cheesey bread. I told him I ordered 2 pizzas and the bread. He tells me to call the store to get my money back so he doesn't have to come back (but I need my pizzas because my kids were hungry). So I'm like whatever. I get my pizza and close the door. I immediately called the store (Hwy 278 Covington GA) and I get no answer. It just keeps playing an advertisement over and over. So I then call corporate and no one answered and you have to fill out a form for someone to email you. I tried to call the store again, but no answer. I hung up and tried once again and just sat the phone down. I washed my dishes and cleaned my kitchen while I was waiting for someone to answer and they never did. Finally I just hung up, litterly 45 minutes later. Needless to say I'm Pissed and I want my money back and my pizza.

    I’m a first time mom with a new born & a placed an order at this location today. I got my pizza and it looked like it was turned sideways. I tried to do the issue on the app and it did not work so I called the store. The gentleman who answered was nice but he proceeded to tell me he was the one who delivered my order and nothing happen… then explained I needed to bring the pizza back to the store to have them re make them. I explained to him I’m a new mom and I ordered delivery for a reason & I have pictures … I then asked to speak to a manager and waited on the line for over 30 min. This is beyond disappointing.

    I see why there's so many bad reviews, regret giving them a try regardless. Placed a carryout order and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while this guy went out of his way to ignore me and was texting on his phone and he'd walk to the back still on his phone and back to the front. Said excuse me a couple times when he was nearby and he looked up and knew I was there and just said nothing at all. Finally someone else came from the back and took him awhile to "find" my order even though there were only 2 pizzas on the shelf. Pizza had no toppings, was just a cheese pizza that was burnt and they did not put the parmesan butter on the stuffed crust. Was supposed to have extra bacon on it and there was none. They looked at the receipt and said there is bacon on it. I said yeah I know how I ordered it but look at the pizza. Completely pointless, they knew it was paid for so weren't going to do anything about it. Never dealt with such rude employees at a Domino's before.

    Delivery order was wrong. Topping were little to none, food was cold. Tried calling for assistance and was on hold for over 30 minutes to NEVER speak to anyone. I wouldn’t recommend. I will never order from Dominoes again.

    I was on hold for almost an hours so I drove to the store while on the phone and when I get there. So I can see why I’m on hold this long to order and still be on hold. So I come in and I see 2 ppl not doing absolutely anything but standing near there stations. Then I ask the young lady, may I ask why is the phone just ringing and I’m on the phone trying to order but no one answer. They couldn’t take my order in store. So then now I have to wait for 10 or so mins to order online and then wait to make 25 mins or so. This is too much. So then I see another person come out from the back loud and she come and sit down and I ask the young lady where the manager and she said right here. I’m like wowwwww in my head, they need better staffs And the manager lady ask me whats the problem I just sat down and I’m like but I have been calling for almost an hours and they all say we’ve been busy all day. Now hear me when I say I get it I really do bc I 2 work in the food industry. But for them to say that and the phones just ringing and no one answering the phone as they stand in one spot and manager just talking. This is beyond sad. And we’re playing for this type of service. And the fact that the manager wanna try to give me and super attitude for asking and she sitting down is crazy. Go and answer the phone. This was very frustrating and I hope this gets resolved and reviewed. And thanks to the young lady that had the patient to help me. She needs a raise.
