    i placed my order at 8 pm and it was a whole 2 hours all the way up till close before they could figure out what happened to my order and they ended up refunding me because it was time to close. i sat for abwhole two hours waiting on my food just for it to get stolen and the order cancelled. ridiculous service, im a manager at papa johns and when i know a dasher has stolen an order, i drop everything and do what i can to remedy the situation, as thats proper customer service. it sounded like yall didnt care enough and were just waiting all the way up until close because you didnt wanna remake it. it doesnt take that long to notice a stolen order either, i mean dashers come and ask for it and you dont see it in the system you should automatically assume that a dasher unassigned and took the order.. it really sounded like yall didnt wanna make my food, making me wait whole 2 hours.ridiculous

    Had a door dash delivery and got the chicken minis and were hard as a rock. Just had knee replacement so not suppose to be driving but had no one to take it back so had to drive myself. Got there and was like oh I'll replace it no compassion or anything yo the fact I had to drive myself after having major surgery on my knee. Chic fila on Brownsbridge Rd in Covington Ga shame on you very disappointed and dissatisfied!

    Very bad customer service . My boyfriend asked if we could pay the difference to change to a hash brown from chick minis . He said it in a very nice way but one of the baggers got an attitude ( already had it when we got there ) . She then tells my boyfriend “ can you just tell me the difference “ with an attitude. So I then got up and said “ don’t worry about it because why the attitude ? “.Because why are you making it a problem and asking the customer what’s the difference! They made it seem as if it was a problem and it is a whole menu with prices right above where they take the orders at so why make it seem like it’s a problem for paying customers ! I don’t like being a nasty person because I used to work here as a young lead about 3 years ago but I have never once made it a problem for a paying customer or asked them to tell me how much a up charge is for something . Refunded my order tried talking to the manager who was very dismissive to us and enabled her associates rude behavior .

    I mean this from the bottom of my heart but Emily, the chick fil a worker that took my order in drive thru, easily gave me the best experience i’ve ever had in my years of coming to chick fil a. She’s truly a gem!!!

    Ordered food and then asked if they had any mints. The first person told me was playing around with his words saying they don't have any. Asked him was he sure. Then he went to check with the manager which overheard us talking and you can see the attitude on her face saying we don't have any but she can check, then said they are for catering... At that time someone else came out with some saying we only use them for catering.. My issue is if they chose to just use if for catering, stand firm on it and don't lie about it!
