Great chick fila- we always visit it while in town. This morning I did witness some mean customers treating the sweet girl working up front like crap, might need another employee up there for backup. It’s the Lords Chicken! Be kind!

When I first moved to the area, I loved this location and came here quite often. I got sent random rewards from the operator pretty frequently which was awesome! It kept me coming back. In the last 6 months or so, the service has been getting slower and slower. I always place a mobile order and go through the “mobile thru” lane. Somehow, even if there aren’t a ton of people in line, it still takes a minimum of 4-5 minutes of me sitting in my car to get my food. That doesn’t sound like a long time, but it’s a stark difference from how it used to be. It’s a little frustrating to see people move through the drive thru lane about as quickly as the mobile lane moves. What’s the point of a mobile order then? When I went into the restaurant to dine in a few days ago (this was the first time I’ve dined in here), it took 3-4 minutes for a team member to even come to the front of the store to take our order, and there was no one in front of us waiting. I’m not sure if they’re under new management or something else, but the service speed just continues to decline. Food is always tasty, so I’ll keep coming back but have to make sure I’m not on a time crunch.

I am so frustrated with terrible customer service! The one place I thought would never reach such a low standard of care is Chick-fil-A! This morning I stopped in and ordered a chicken bowl without eggs. Chris (who was very nice), asked if I wanted to make it a meal. I asked, what would make it a meal. He explained that it would add hash browns and a drink. Mt response was it already has hash browns. He then advised that I could substitute for a parfait with granola. I agreed but stated no strawberries as Im allergic. He told me that it can't be separated but I advised him that I have had the plain yogurt before and he agreed they could do that. This is where things began to spiral! Another employee who appeared to be on her way to deliver an order decided to insert herself into the conversation to tell me that the fruit couldn't be separated to take strawberries out for just me. I replied by saying that I already opted for the plain yogurt as I can't have fruit that was mixed with strawberries anyway. I thought the matter had already been settled and didn't even understand why she got involved. She wanted to continue talking but I turned back to finish my order. The same female went back to collect the order and after saying something to the cook, she presented me with my order. After checking it I saw that I was only given about 4 cut pieces of chicken and cheese. I asked about it and she looked at it and said yes, that is correct since you didn't want the other ingredients Maam! I asked about my hash browns but she informed me that I didn't want them. She then proceeded to ask me well tell me exactly how you worded your order. After a back and forth as I couldn't understand why I would order a bowl without anything but chicken and my receipt didn't say anything about no hash browns. She then asks the cook to give her hash browns but make sure it was portioned size for the bowl. She then throws it down in front of me on the counter saying here, there are the hash browns. Her disrespectful attitude and lack of customer service was extremely upsetting. I was too disappointed to respond without stopping to her level so I grabbed the items and turned to leave. I threw everything in the trash on my way out as I was so angry. This woman berated me because I have a strawberry allergy and she could. I admit that throwing the food away was drastic but I didn't want to escalate things by demanding a refund as this woman clearly wanted to assert her authority. Just because you are in a position to be mean doesn't mean that you should! All because I am allergic to strawberries and didn't want the fruit! I wish that was something I had control over, having allergies. However, what we do have control over is our interactions with others. Now that Chick-fil-A has dropped their standards, will we ever see good customer service again?
