  This was great. I wanted to highlight Ameerah’s customer service, because I thought that she knew my friend based on how friendly she was talking to her. She was easily the friendliest barista I’ve ever encountered. Ameerah was there everytime at the window when we visited, as we made three trips over the course of a weekend because of how much we liked the coffee, and we looked forward to seeing her everytime!

  I usually just get coffee here but I’ve been getting the turtle mocha cooler and it is so good every time I get it. The people are so nice here and it’s such a great place!

  I did not purchase a food item however my latte was “on point “ in flavor, foamy in consistency and extra hot. I ordered ahead on the app and my order was ready upon my arrival.

  This was my first time trying Caribou Coffee, and I ordered a large iced turtle mocha. The drink itself was really good. It was smooth, chocolatey, and well made. It was a little stronger than I prefer, but still enjoyable and something I’d order again (just sweeter next time). Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t match the quality of the drink. The cashier, Amerrah B, came across as very dry and unwelcoming. When we asked simple questions about the menu, her responses felt dismissive, like we were inconveniencing her. As first-time customers, that kind of interaction almost made us turn around and leave. I’m big on customer service, especially when trying a place for the first time. A little patience and friendliness would’ve gone a long way here. The drink saved the experience, but management should definitely be aware of how interactions like this can impact customers. I’d come back for the drinks, just hoping for a more welcoming experience next time.
