This is a shame a corporate business that does not care.!

I paid in cash and didn’t receive a receipt, which makes it impossible to prove what I ordered. This has been the worst experience of my life. That $20 could have gone towards gas for my car, paying a bill, or buying groceries, but instead, I chose to spend it at your location and ended up with the wrong order and $20 less. Please make improvements.
