The lady behind the counter quickly said we don’t have no ticket we can’t make your food, I attempted to show my order on my phone where I ordered it they said without a ticket we can’t give it to you. I asked for the manager to see if they could help me and she was extremely rude and told me to come back later to see if the ticket had came through. The staff in the restaurant are not very pleasant!

I was trying to order my food and she caught attitude and tried to rush me through. They were not busy only had two cars in front of me and nothing being me. If she don’t like her job she should find a freaking new one.

I had time to wait on a Sunday afternoon. My thought process was at least my food will be hot and fresh. I was wrong. They could only take one order at a time. Meaning, they took one order, handed it out, then took another. I only saw 3 employees. The young lady who gave me my food, was taking orders, making the food, and taking the food out outside to parked cars. She returned from outside, did NOT wash ONE hand, put on ONE glove, then proceeded to make my food. She then came to take my money, I brought it to her attention that I had witnessed these violations and she offers to remake my food. This should never happen. Instead of driving off like I should have, I let her remake my food. Being that I was already about 35 minutes invested at this time. The Bo Rounds were greasy and the oil was old. The biscuits were okay but nothing to brag about. I’m over this place. The lack of response from management to the bad reviews tells me all I need to know.
