  Came in on a busy Sunday specifically craving wings, only to be told they were completely out and hadn’t cooked any more. For a restaurant known for chicken, that’s pretty disappointing- especially during one of the busiest times of the week. The overall experience felt unorganized and unprepared. If you can’t keep one of your main menu items available on a Sunday, rethink your planning. Definitely frustrating and not worth the trip.

  I went through the drive-through today and the automated robot ordering system couldn’t hear me speaking because a lawn crew was using a leaf blower right next to the system. When I pulled around to the window, the cashier asked me what my problem was, and treated me with such disrespect that I have never been treated with in my life. When I asked her what she was referring to, she said that I was yelling in her ear (on the intercom). When I was ordering, it was a robot not a person so I don’t know how I would’ve been yelling in her ear, but having people like this work for you in the service industry drives customers away and you just lost another one today. Blonde hair, middle age, working the drive through at 1:20pm may 14th 2026. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and I will be seeking further action. I also cannot get the store to accept any phone calls. I would love to speak to the manager of this establishment about how their employees are treating their customers.

  The food is always fresh and hot. It's one of my morning stops. Love the morning crew. They always take care of me with a warm and friendly smile. I look forward to seeing ALL of the ladies on the morning crew. Great team!

  This is the first time I even tried. I didn’t like that there was an AI taking an order and messed it up. I 19 food you know for the most point I strawberry color but it felt like it was put together by five year-old just using a biscuit so it wasn’t good for me although I love desserts.
