  We love 7 Brew, we don't have those where we live. I love how much product you get for so little money. I was also impressed by all the kids that were working and what great attitudes they had. Seems like a great place to work!

  I will never visit this location again. I realize it was extremely busy on a Sunday morning, and I understand when there’s a line wrapping around the building, but there is absolutely no reason it should take a half hour to get a single coffee. I got in line just like everybody else and the order takers completely skipped my car. I had my window rolled down and tried to get their attention, but nobody stopped to get my order. Finally one of them stopped when I was about halfway through the line, and took my order. He apologized that I was skipped, but he didn’t say it would be a longer wait or anything like that. Once I waited another 10 minutes to get up to the front of the line, I had to wait another 15 minutes to even get my coffee. The guy said that because they skipped me the other people that were behind me were actually in front of me. So everybody was going around me to get out and I had to sit there for another 15 minutes while they made everybody else’s copies ahead of mine. I’m confused why I had to get punished because they missed me in line. And obviously it’s not their problem that I had a screaming nine month old in the backseat, but I would think human decency would encourage them to not make it longer than it had to be. Overall absolutely terrible experience and I will not be back.

  This place is phenomenal, the drinks are great, reasonably priced compared to competitors, and the people working there are very pleasant. Both times I've gone so far the workers strike up a conversation with you while you wait on your drink, so much more inviting than any other drive through experience I've ever had. This is the only drive through I've been to where I was willing to give a tip on that stupid little screen rather than feel bullied into it or felt obligated to tip. The only complaints I have is that I wish they served food as well, and the toasted marshmallow latte was good but just tasted like a standard latte to me. No marshmallow flavor at all. Maybe I was given a standard? Either way it still was a high quality latte, much better than dunkin across the street. Will be going again and again!

  I’ve only been to 7 Brew twice, but both times have been great! Tanner has been the one to help me. He has such a positive attitude and genuinely seems to enjoy what he does. He’s friendly, welcoming, and made both visits a great experience. It’s refreshing to be greeted by someone who is so upbeat and kind. Great customer service definitely makes a difference, and it’s one of the reasons I’ll keep coming back. Thanks, Tanner!

  I get it just opened and they’re some kinks to be worked out but every single time i’ve went every drink i’ve gotten has been wrong, my fizz will come out with barely no flavor, my latte always taste burnt and has had grounds in the bottom. very sweet staff but they always put my order in wrong so then with me paying cash everytime i have to correct them once they’ve already had my drink made the wrong way. i get 7brew is supposed to be loud and upbeat but turn down the music for the first few months so your employees can think
