  Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. Unprofessional employees with terrible attitudes. Left without getting my food.

  “Fast food” we ordered our food through the drive thru at 2:06 PM pay for it, and sat in line for 36 minutes to be told to move up and “we will bring it out.” No I'm sorry for your wait, an explanation as to why it is taking forever. Get handed our drinks that have obviously been sitting on a counter for over 30 minutes because they are sweating and the ice is practically all melted. Save your money, your sanity, and time. Go elsewhere!

  Horrible place I have been here and have great service and I came in today at 7:53 at night and the night shift was playing nasty music in the back loud enough for customer to here and service was very rude and I will not come back do not recommend. If I could give this place a 0 I would.

  I had a terrible experience at McDonald's. The service was extremely slow, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. The employees were rude, had obvious attitudes, and you could clearly hear them yelling and using inappropriate language in the back. One employee in particular, Josh, stood out for all the wrong reasons. He was very slow at bagging orders, seemed confused most of the time, and came across as rude when interacting with customers. It made an already frustrating wait even worse. If you have other options nearby, I highly recommend going somewhere else. This location seriously needs better management and customer service training.
