  Cold, old and dry potato cakes. They were sitting out all day under the heat lamps and turned to jerky. The 1/2 pound beef and cheddar sandwich tasted funny and I ended up spitting the food out and trashing my meal. This place use to be ok, but it has gone down hill. You could even tell the cashier didn’t even want to be there. This is a poor excuse for an Arby’s. This type of food quality and customer service is the reason places have shut down and are shutting down around this town. If you want an Arby’s sandwich keep driving and don’t make the mistake of stopping here.

  Rema the manager would've validate online coupon because she couldn't figure out to use the register. They even made it but rather throw it away instead of overriding the system like every other arby does. Than on top of it she was talking about me be difficult to the customers that were behind me while I was sitting at the table right there... Not my fault she doesn't know how to do her job. Called corporate and made complaint. They made right but id avoid this location. Hopefully they have good talking with her. She going cost Arby's customers being rude and incompetent.

  The black lady with the braids is really on point. She pays attention to the customer. She noticed I had been waiting extra long and called me up to the counter to check my Receipt and ended up giving me a drink and fries to go with my bbq sandwich. I had Already noticed how she was well organized and was on top of everything in the store. Need more people like her. Thanks

  Ordered a burger and crinkle fries around 10:30 pm May 16th. There was some hard black chunks in the fries, stuck to my teeth like jolly ranchers. I tried calling to let them know but nobody answered the phone.
