  Renee was so amazing! Im a trucker and i didnt check my food before I left for my parked truck. This woman followed me to my truck to offer to fix the order instead of someone else just shrugging and going about their day, 100% gold star service! I hate that I had no money to give to her, she deserves it!! Yes, she fixed the mistake even when I said it was fine :) I hope she has an amazing rest of her day, year, life!

  Everytime my husband I come in the evening there’s always a cashier named Tiana working hard from taking orders in the front , taking orders in drive thru , passing out food and taking food outside.She does it all.She always has a great attitude and is very polite and friendly so we want to give her, her flowers.

  First thing i walk up as she was on the phone cussing and their Overpriced for the quailty of their food the chicken tender tasted liked they were cooked old oil and sat for a good 3 to 4 hours same for their curly fries.

  Cold, old and dry potato cakes. They were sitting out all day under the heat lamps and turned to jerky. The 1/2 pound beef and cheddar sandwich tasted funny and I ended up spitting the food out and trashing my meal. This place use to be ok, but it has gone down hill. You could even tell the cashier didn’t even want to be there. This is a poor excuse for an Arby’s. This type of food quality and customer service is the reason places have shut down and are shutting down around this town. If you want an Arby’s sandwich keep driving and don’t make the mistake of stopping here.
