  My very first time eating. After ordered and waited so long like 10 minutes. Fries hot as fresh and burger alright. Hoped come back and you got doing your job!

  The clerk, a lady of advanced years such as ourselves, was an excellent hostess. Unfortunately, the triples that we ordered were extremely salty. The first bites were ok but then it was like all of the salt was dumped in at that point. I had just introduced my sister-in-law to Whataburger two days prior at 5893 E Lake Pkwy, McDonough, GA 30253, which is further from our home, and she loved it and wanted to continue eating Whataburger from now on. We may continue to eat Whataburger but we may not return to the Conyers location which is much closer to our home. I have eaten Whataburger for several years and have never had my food salty. The food sent our blood pressure through the roof. Our meal turned into a blood pressure emergency for both of us. My sister-in-law (Snake) loves your food because it allows her to get jalapenos on her burger. Prior to visiting the Conyers location, they were the best burger she's ever had.

  Not one to write reviews but sometimes I get so irked I have too. I placed a mobile order, a jr bacon cheese burger meal and breakfast burger. After waiting 10min for my food I leave and make the 5min drive home. Get home and first thing i notice is im missing the breakfast burger. So I go back up there and ask for the sandwich, and also for a fresh fry with it, since the fries are prob gonna be cold bc I had run back up there. The girl, was nice said no problem, but she comes back 1min later with the new fry in a bag and tells me they have to "make the sandwich"..what? why would you give me the fry without it, what sense does that make? Bc Now that fry is gonna get cold too bc I have to wait 10mins for you to cook the sandwich snd still go back home. Like come on, this is fast food 101. You give the fresh fry when the other item is ready snd give both at the same time for peak freshness. So i get back home and already know im gonna have to stick the new fry in air fryer to heat it up along with the original fry, but I couldnt believe how cold and soggy the original fry was and Not just fry but the original burger also. Like both were cold to the touch, how? Granted It had been prob 20-25min or so.. since I got them, but I expected them to be a little warm at least but they werent. The main reason im writing This is bc this a serious problem here in the atlanta area with fast food places/resturants in general. Id say at least 50% of my orders is usually missing something. Its so bad that Normally ill check before I leave, which is something that ive never had to do before moving here. Now of course the one time I dont, bc for one they made me wait for my food and brought it out to me, but bc I figured there was just no way to even mess it up with it being just 2 sandwichs, a fry and a drink and sure enough, they somehow did... I just dont get why its so hard for places to get orders right and im tired of being quiet about it. These places really need to do better. I mean, im not asking for much. Just get our orders right.

  This is one of My Favorite Burger joints...my food is always hot an fresh... like I like it. Just want to shout Ms. Rowe out and thank her... for providing excellent Managerial customer service her an William are managing this store very well. I had a problem with a particular order recently and she made errors in getting it corrected. Kudos to both of you for being on top of customer service game. Thank you for awesome customer service. 👌😎

  This location needs serious help. We came In and placed the order on the kiosk, there were no workers up front, ticket printed at 4:16 around 4:23 someone came from the back and said”I’ll be with you in a moment “ at 4:29 they came back out and gave me the cups for the order that I asked for, by that time the front was full of people she took some orders; when she had an opening it was 4:36 so I went to check on our food, I gave her our number she said there’s only 3 of us and walked to the back, she stuck her head around the corner and said your number just came up 20 mins later and they just started on our meal. Finally received the order I placed myself, and had to follow up on at 4:40 with a “. Here ya go” no I apologize for wait…..I don’t know who runs this location but maybe you should consider another career.
