  Ordered a mobile order three nights ago. Don’t start making it til I get there. About $15 order. 10 minutes at the window. When I placed it 20 minutes prior. Main thing. Every. Single. Item. Was. Wrong. For a store with a 100% food rating and never had issues. But the new staff. Couldn’t care less. Literally on the receipt the thing they look at to make my drink. Extra ice. When it said no ice. Sure. Whatever it’ll slide. Next. We get handed box’s and individually wrapped items. No bags? No napkins ? Said is the sauce in the boxes? She asked what you want. I said it’s on the receipt on the box. Basically overfills my hands with everything dropping them on the concrete. Get home. Every single item is wrong. Including the drinks. The failed to make one item correct out of 10. 0/10. Didn’t notice til I got home but pathetic late night staff. Goofing off. Not working. Not reading receipts. And getting mad that I didn’t tell her what sauce when it’s on the box in your hand. Don’t go here. Their staff goofs off and doesn’t care.

  The cashier lady Denice is super sweet!! She has amazing customer service skills and is extremely kind!! Give her a raise!!

  Taco Hell Late Night. I hate to leave only a negative review because I like their daytime service. But until they fix their late night service, I stand on this review. We went to TB and ordered 1 mini taco salad.. the lady said one moment, we waited at the speaker for about 2 minutes before driving off.. there was no one else in the drive thru. We went to Whataburger, got food, and came back. While driving up we noticed workers at their car and joked that they were closed. But when we pulled up, the lady took our order, yet again. We pulled forward on our own this time opposed to waiting, and as we sat... We saw 2 workers come in from outside. 1 came in and started to cook and the other, rang in our order. We debated for like 30 seconds on whether we should pull off.. And ultimately we did.. They did not wash their hands, and came from outside. Yuck!

  show me and my friend came to this Taco Bell and we came to the drive-through and we have been sitting here for the past hour straight in the drive-through. No one‘s speaking to us and we’ve seen at least three people inside. Do not come here if you want your food less than an hour or less because this place is horrible for keeping on time management and usually they always messed up my order which is a normal taco. I do not recommend coming here.

  The auto-order voice originally started taking our order, then a real person took over. Here’s how it went… My husband: can I get 2 soft shell tacos, regular, and one Dorito locos taco supreme — (server interrupts) Server: wait. You said you want TWO soft shell and ONE Dorito? Husband: yes. And can I get a large Baja blast with my combo, and a medium Baha blast — (server interrupts again) Server: wait. You want a Baha blast, and ANOTHER Baha blast on its own? Husband: yes. And can I get 2 large nacho cheese fries… Server: did yiu say you want a medium, or a large nacho fry? This man did this with our entire order. I’m not sure if he couldn’t hear, if he wasn’t paying attention, or if he wasn’t listening… Order was right and food was hot. However… I found this tiny hair in my nacho cheese that went with my nacho cheese fries….
