  Ordered today and still no pan crust. They only had Tavern, Thin, and stuffed. Same thing a couple weeks ago..no pan. The recording says pan is now extra (I guess when it is available) plus there is now a TEAM MEMBER FEE added to the bill..and my order is carryout. Not to mention that when u call, u get a call center. So what exactly is the extra charge for. I think that is it for me..time to find another location.

  Waited over a hour, they completely forgot one of my pizzas then wanted me to wait another 20 minutes for them to make the one they forgot and let the other ones just sit there. Ridiculous. Store manager had a attitude. Everytime I come in here its some BS. Save your self the time and hassle and go to papa John's across the road

  Pizza is no longer good! Taste like they just slap on cheese without care and consideration. Have ordered pizza a few times only to always be disappointed.

  ordered a pan crust pizza online and received hand-tossed instead. When I returned to address it, the employee insisted it was pan crust rather than correcting the mistake. I’ve ordered the same item for 20 years and know the difference. Mistakes happen, but dismissing a customer instead of resolving the issue is unacceptable especially with competitors like Domino’s and Papa John’s nearby. Customer service and training clearly needs improvement.
