  Ok Outback on Dogwood, I was ok with not getting any salad dressing, but to substitute it with hair in my salad is a dealbreaker 😞😞The appears to be short and reddish brown to be specific(so tell your salad maker to wear a hair net) 🤢

  We had a wonderful experience at Outback Steakhouse celebrating our upcoming graduate! We had a large party of 18 adults and 2 kids, and the two servers who took care of us-- absolutely ROCKED!! They were prompt, attentive, and handled everything so well. The manager was also very friendly and accommodating when I called ahead, which made planning much easier. The food was good, the cocktails were outstanding, and the atmosphere was great for our celebration. Outback truly helped make this special occasion worthwhile for our family. We appreciate the excellent service and hospitality!

  Mother’s Day is always busy. Our food and our service was spectacular. And to the lady sitting beside us that was giving the server attitude, slow it down push pop, Outback DOES NOT seat incomplete parties and you are no different. You are preventing others from eating lunch and servers from making money. We saw you taking pictures and we are sure that you will get your $50.00 gift card for complaining!

  I used the online service to order takeout. The wait time was not long and the person that delivered my food to my car went over my order and told me what was in each bag. The food was delicious as always. I’m attending a potluck tomorrow and didn’t feel like cooking so I ordered the Queensland pasta with chicken and shrimp with a side order of broccoli. For my dinner tonight I ordered the grilled salmon with salad.”

  Worst experience I’ve had at any Outback Steakhouse location. The hostess was pleasant, but the service after being seated was unacceptable. We came for a late lunch to celebrate a graduation. Our server took our order quickly, but then disappeared. Everything went downhill after that. One entrée included a salad that took 50 minutes to arrive. During that time, we were only checked on once (about 25 minutes in), had no water refills, and received no updates. After we asked about the missing salad, the server said she’d get it, but another 20 minutes passed with nothing. We saw her walk past us several times without coming to stop by. I asked three different employees for a manager while staff stood around talking and laughing, which made the situation even more frustrating. When the food finally came, the salad arrived first and the entrées immediately after, and they appeared to have been sitting out. At that point I just sent my food back. The manager eventually apologized and said the server never communicated she needed help. However, that doesn’t excuse the lack of service. Particularly no water refill or salad for 50 minutes. This was supposed to be a special celebration and turned into a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this location. Service here is far below what I’ve experienced at all other Outback restaurants.
