  Whoever is hiring these workers needs a reevaluation. All the workers have attitudes and no type of customer service skills. I just left from up there and the girl with the red braids came to the window with an attitude and took my payment didn’t greet me or anything. Then proceeds to walk off and not even give me my receipt. It’s ridiculous. The Mcdonald’s on 138 has way nicer workers that show respect. You all need to go take an attitude class and stop being so nasty to your customers.

  They were close and I was unaware trying to do Uber eats, they threw card board boxes on my car scratching the paint, whoever the short girl was in the first window. This is unacceptable behavior

  This location ALWAYS takes forever for even a simple order. Please don’t order more than 1 meal bc it’s too much for them to handle. You’ll be asked to pull up to the waiting spots (which are usually full) just for you to sit 30 minutes MINIMUM before anyone attempts to bring out your food. They always have orders wrong, missing items, complete wrong order, etc The poor cashier was the one running food outside (on a busy Saturday, during lunch rush) & also trying to take orders inside while the managers are probably somewhere lolly gagging in the office. As many bad reviews as this place gets, I hope the managers are getting in trouble, no bonuses & complete shut down tbh

  They took about 30 mnts to give me a side of fries, when I asked for my money back they ignored me and gave me the fries, but it took them about 30 mnts

  Again there should be a zero star for this location. The hours for this McDonald's are posted that the live one part closes at 12:00 but the drive-thru stays open till 1:00 I arrived at 12:18 a.m. and they have advised me that they were closed and they closed at midnight so it's time to get the hours correct this is a poor version and poor excuse to give since they decided they wanted to close early I guess instead of staying open till 1:00 a.m. as Google and other businesses show it should be open right now I mean just update your hours all everywhere so people don't come to your business to give you business and allow them to go to your competitors to get the business
