  Almost every time I come here, there is a manager talking down to a crew member. Or, if the franchise ownership happens to be in here, there is always a person in a button-up talking down to a manager. I feel like the tone of leadership starts from the top, so definitely blame the franchise owner.

  Why pay for the large fries when they never give it to you to begin with. Complete trash From this location. This location consistently parks people, even if there’s no one in line behind you to bypass their car metric system so that their numbers appear correct even though they aren’t.

  McDonald's is stealing your money under the guise of an excuse. If you are a Cash paying customer and do not have exact change the system will automatically round your total up and short change you. They claim this is due to the US Treasury's decision to no longer mint Pennies back Nov 2025. So Instead of changing their pricing to total out in 5 cent increments or rounding down to the nearest 5 cent number giving the customer a reduced price they instead take your extra change which is theft. 2 Cents is not a make or break amount of money in a single transaction but with the number of customers a day they service, the amount of "rounded change" is additional profit at the expense of the customer that is gained not only through theft but is also non-taxed sales. Both of which are illegal. Choice of payment is irrelevant in this situation, the simple fact that this company is choosing to steal from their cash paying customers is inexcusable.

  I paid 10.69 plus tax for a Huntrix meal. When I placed the order, no one said anything about being out of the shaker fries or the card pack. Nothing was said about it when I picked up my food. I parked and noticed the box the meal came in was broken and was missing the shaker fries seasoning and bag along with the cards. I went back through the drive thru to let the staff know there was a mistake and was informed that they were out of the missing items. I don't understand why I was charged an extra two dollars and did not received the cards, shaker fries, and a broken box. The staff should have informed me they were out and charged me for an 10 piece nugget meal for $8.69 instead since that was what Ireceived. The fries being cold made the situation even more upsetting.
